My apologies for the delay in response. We recently moved offices and our internet connectivity has been quite limited.
Are you still experiencing issues with the WP Mail functionality? May I ask what host you are with, what version of WordPress you are using, and what version of PHP is installed on your server?
This is the first time we’ve come across a case where the wp_mail function isn’t even being run.

That is likely caused by a styling conflict between our plugin and either your theme or another plugin.
Please confirm you have checked your Spam/Junk folder for the test mails? Would you be willing to try the SMTP mail sending option to see if this makes a difference?

If possible, please login to your site via FTP, go to wp-content/plugins/sola-newsletters/languages/ and rename the .po and .mo files from sola-fr_fr to sola-fr_FR

The plugin’s language will adapt to the default language your site has been set to.

Did you experience issues with your database after uninstalling the plugin? Or would you prefer that the plugin removes the tickets and options that are created once installed?
At this point in time, the only reason we don’t remove options from the database on uninstall is due to the fact that some users uninstall it to install the latest version.
If you’d prefer them removed on uninstall, please get in touch with us so I can send you a copy of the plugin with that functionality in place.
We will also look into adding a button to the plugin to remove all entries related to it in the database.

My sincerest apologies for the poor documentation. We’ll be focusing on updating and improving, as well as providing new documentation this week. We’re also looking into why the videos aren’t loading on the site.
Tickets can be accessed as an admin by logging into your WordPress dashbord and going to ‘Help Desk’.
Adding a help desk to the front end of your site is available in the Pro version – this can be done by creating a page with a name of your choice, and using the following shortcodes on it:
This will add a search box to the page, allowing your visitors to search for a common problem:
[sola_st_support_centre_search_box]This will take you to the ‘Submit Ticket’ page, where a visitor can submit a ticket (You can create this page, with the page name of your choice, and use the shortcode
[sola_st_submit_ticket]to add the form to the page):[sola_st_support_centre_submit_link]This will display a full list of all public tickets you currently have open:
[sola_st_support_centre_all_tickets]This will display any product updates you have published. Each category is displayed in a table, which then contains the respective product updates:

We will look into the ability to convert a ticket into a FAQ for a future release though 🙂

Please go to ‘Newsletters’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Cron Job’ and let me know what the ‘Current time’ and ‘Next Run’ dates are at the bottom of the page?
Should one of them be ‘1970’, please deactivate and activate the plugin and let me know if this helps?
