A refund has been issued and a notice will be posted on the DUD FAQ page regarding multi-site setups.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble viewing the directory. I’ll need a bit more information to determine your problem. Can you please go to the DUD settings page, set the debug mode to “on,” and then attempt to view the directory again?
You should see a lot of debug data on the screen. Please copy and paste that into an email and send to sarah@sgcustomwebsolutions.com so I can see how you’re set up.

Sorry to hear you’re having problems! I’ve just released an update that affects Cimy User Extra Fields. Would you mind running that update and then see if you still have the problem?
If so, could you please turn the “debug mode” setting to “on” and then view the directory? You should get a screen full of debug statements — if you could paste that into an email and send to sarah@sgcustomwebsolutions.com, I will review it and get back with you ASAP.

Thanks for your question. Currently Dynamic User Directory is not compatible with BP profile fields because they are stored in unique BuddyPress tables. However, I am planning to make DUD compatible with BP and several other membership plugins in the near future.

Are you referring to the BuddyPress profile page? If BuddyPress installed and activated on your site, and if you have DUD 1.3.1 or later, you should be able to do this.
On the DUD settings page, click on the “Link Username to Page” checkbox. You should now see a dropdown giving you the option to link to the author page or the BuddyPress profile page. Select “BuddyPress Profile” to link the username and avatar to the BP Profile page (i.e. the members page).
Let me know if you have any trouble getting it to work.
