Fields disappear if using CIMY

    Hi Sarah,

    I’m trying to use Cimy User Extra Fields. I have created a HIRE_DATE field but when I put data (for a single user) in that field, on the directory page all other information except name and hire date disappear (for all users). I tried with another one named testfield and just put the word test in it and for the one user that was all that displayed but the other users were all fine. I’m very confused as to what is going on here. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi muncherw,

    Sorry to hear you’re having problems! I’ve just released an update that affects Cimy User Extra Fields. Would you mind running that update and then see if you still have the problem?

    If so, could you please turn the “debug mode” setting to “on” and then view the directory? You should get a screen full of debug statements — if you could paste that into an email and send to sarah@sgcustomwebsolutions.com, I will review it and get back with you ASAP.
