In reply to: [Dynamic User Directory] No user displayedHi Christian,
I’ll need a bit more information about your directory settings to determine why the users are not appearing. Here are a few questions:
1. Did you select any user roles for hiding or select any specific users for exclusion?
2. If you chose “Display Name” as the sort field, do any of the display names begin with non-alphabetic characters (e.g. a number or special character)? If you chose “Last Name” as the sort field, do any of the last names begin with non-alphabetic characters?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Dynamic User Directory] Feature RequestHi duanek,
Thanks for contacting me! This is unfortunately a very site-specific request that probably won’t apply to most other sites using this plugin.
However, if you’d like to contact me at sarah@sgcustomwebsolutions.com I would be willing to discuss the possibility of providing that feature for your site alone for a small fee.
Best Regards,
SarahGreat news! Glad to hear things are working properly again. A search feature is another excellent suggestion – I’ll be sure to add it to my planned features list.
All the best,
SarahHi Marco,
I’ve just put out an update that includes a change to the way the alpha links are generated. This may correct your issue. But if not, I’ve also included a new “debug mode” setting that will generate some debug statements when switched on. Please let me know if you still have the same problem after you run the update, and I’ll show you how to use the debug mode.
Thanks for your patience!
SarahAlternatively, I could send you a few code snippets to paste into the plugin yourself. But in any case I will definitely be putting out an update shortly that improves the code generating the letter links.
Marco,
Would you mind contacting me at sarah@sgcustomwebsolutions.com to discuss further? If at all possible I would like to send you the plugin file with some debug statements added so I can see exactly what is going on.
Once I locate the problem it shouldn’t be difficult to resolve.
Thanks!
Hi Marco,
Okay, thanks. Let me ask you a few questions:
1. Are you able to click on the letter and pull up a listing that is missing a few names, or is the letter not hyperlinked at all?
2. Have you selected to hide any user roles, or to include/exclude any users? If so, please try deselecting all users for these two settings and let me know if that makes any difference.

Thanks for alerting me to this, Marco. I have just put out an update that may resolve your problem. Would you mind running that and then let me know if you still get the same issue?

In reply to: [Dynamic User Directory] Meta Key fieldsSure thing, Marco. Extra meta fields will no doubt benefit other users as well so it’s a win-win 🙂 Keep an eye out for the update containing your requested change in the next week or two.

In reply to: [Dynamic User Directory] Meta Key fieldsHi mgoudswaard,
Thanks so much for the positive feedback! Your request will require changing the plugin code, but I will add it to my list of planned features. How many additional meta fields do you need?
Regards, Sarah

In reply to: [Circumference Lite] Make homepage content full screenHi Will,
I figured out the answer to my question after posting here. Just needed to adjust margins and padding for the column, row, and container properties.
Thanks for an excellent theme!

Hi George,
Sure, the info is listed below. I have an update on the issue – the blank calendar reoccurred sometime shortly after the beginning of this month.
A user reported that issue has been occurring for the last few weeks but now I am uncertain what triggered it since I haven’t run any events calendar updates yet. I was able to fix it once again by scheduling a dummy event in the month of October.
I’m beginning to wonder if it is a plugin conflict of some kind. Hopefully the info below will give you some insight. Thanks for investigating this! – Sarah

Hi Nico,
Thanks for getting back to me. My answers:
1. Yes, only for updates. It seems that once I add a dummy event, the problem goes away until the next update. Here is a link to my client’s calendar. You can see my dummy event on 9/28.
2. I was able to reproduce the problem just now by deleting the dummy event (I put it back again for the time being). But it’s the same problem that originally occurred due to the update.
3. I have tried flushing the permalinks with no success.
Really appreciate your help with this!
Sarah
