In reply to: [WooCommerce] Credit Card Fields BrokenHi there,
I assume you are referencing Stripe here. If so, I’d be certain to get an SSL certificate installed by your host so your site can use HTTPS instead of HTTP. That will likely let Stripe work since it requires an SSL certificate.
While you’re in touch with your host ask them to upgrade MySQL and PHP. 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce] CSV Import Category IssueHi there,
One thing I thought you could try is if you are using commas add a backspace before the comma. Here is what my export looks like when I have a comma in a subcategory name.

Link to image: http://cld.wthms.co/4XIcn5I’m not certain it’ll work, but it’s worth a try.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] order status stuck at processingHi @makeadlib,
Outside of some payment issues, I believe your products should be set to both virtual and downloadable. Then with a successful payment the order should automatically be set to completed and the downloads allowed.
You can also enable this option here to allow downloads when an order is processing. If the product isn’t virtual the order won’t automatically be set to completed since WooCommerce is assuming a physical product also needs shipped alongside the digital file. That requires the store admin intervention to mark completed in those cases.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce – Can I Do this…..)Hi @barnabythebear,
I love these sorts of ideas and questions. You could shoe horn WooCommerce into doing this, but have you ever considered a plugin called Download Manager?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/download-manager/
It seems better suited to what you are after, but if you are set on using WooCommerce we could look at that next.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Variable Dropdown Menu Width CSSHi @tfhanson,
It is certainly something within your theme, it seems to be recalculating the appropriate width based on the selection. I’d recommend contacting the developer of the theme and report the issue.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Products shortcode srcsetHi @delitestudio,
There isn’t a way unfortunately to control the image used, it looks to use the product image size by default without an option to say use the thumbnail size.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Manual Import of Magento Products.Hi Marc,
Can you get any of your Magento data into a CSV? If so there is a CSV importer included in WooCommerce core that can often make quick work out of the manual tasks.
We have docs on that importer here where you can look at a sample CSV and learn more about formatting and field mapping.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] number and letters on the domain page.Hi @glew,
This comes from your Default customer location setting in the General tab.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] hide variations depending on user’s selection?Hi @celulagrafica,
Outside of custom code, I’m not sure how you’d accomplish this with the core WooCommerce plugin. I think one thing to look at would be using Gravity Forms, WooCommerce, and our Gravity Forms Add-ons.
https://www.woocommerce.com/products/gravity-forms-add-ons/
Gravity forms lets you create custom forms with logic tied to them that can do what you want, then you can attach the form to a product with our extension. Otherwise try searching for other ways to add custom logic to WooCommerce variations.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Price Vat/ no VatHi @lukeoko,
Would one or both of these settings help your issue?
Link to image: http://cld.wthms.co/T5NO4MI think changing that to including tax may be what you are after.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Show variations in a list on product pageHi @jwiere03,
I’m sure there are plugins/extensions out there that may do what you want. For example is something like this helpful?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue with downloadable products over 1 GBHi @gianni333,
Once the download starts in a customers browser there isn’t much, if anything, WooCommerce can do. I’m not certain then if a particular products download is consistently stopping at the same spot.
Do you notice this happening when the zip file is over 1GB, and if so what’s the exact details of it? If you don’t use force downloads do things work as they should?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Free Shipping not correct shown in Mail and AccountHi @apfelbiss,
Would you be able to share some screenshots of what you are seeing, just to confirm we’re on the same page? Dropbox, Google Drive, Snaggy all will work just fine.
Could you also please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it in your reply.I suspect at first there may be a plugin or template override that is causing the issue, so you could try temporarily deactivating all plugins and using our Storefront theme.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error Getting Remote Image when using default product importHi @leejie8008,
This IS the image you were trying to import, correct? If so, could you share the CSV file with us?
Link to image: http://cld.wthms.co/0CmLwiAny file hosting service (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc…) will work fine for sharing that, even your WordPress media library could work.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] I want to sell an individual productHi Trillon,
One thing that may help is an extension like one page checkout. It seems do offer what you are after. 🙂
