In reply to: [NSFW] [Storefront] assets/css/base/icons.css is render blockingHi there @kevinverg,
Looks like you’d already reached out to us directly as well, which is great. Thanks for doing so.
I’ll mark this thread solved for now as we work together figuring out your issue in your ticket. Thanks!
Hi @julieningenius,
Happy to help. I’ll look for this ticket now, thank you!
Hi @julieningenius,
Usually, everything works perfectly, but she had a problem with two orders.
The orders were canceled, usually, when this happens, the customer is not debited, but with 2 orders, they were debited.
Has this happened to anyone before ?Thanks for the information so far. We’d be glad to help further, but I think it’d be helpful to see some of the order details regarding these two orders.
Maybe it’s some sort of issue where Stripe & WooCommerce aren’t communicating, so WooCommerce thought the orders were unpaid and cancelled them (depending on your settings) while the customers were actually charged via Stripe. It’s just that WooCommerce didn’t hear back from Stripe to confirm that payment was made.
Nonetheless, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page. Be sure to send us your system status, and some screenshots of the orders in question. In particular the order note would be helpful to see.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
In addition check your settings under WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory and see if you have any time limit set in the Hold stock (minutes) settings. Finally, head into your Stripe settings via WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Stripe and be sure there is a Webhook secret setup there.
With all of that information we can quickly help figure out what could be happening. Thanks!

In reply to: [Storefront] no one see anything until registerHi @q8yas,
I think the URL that was meant to be shared is the one below.

I hope this helps so far, let us know if you’ve got further questions. Thanks!
Hi @maltmun,
Thanks for reaching out with some Stripe troubles you seem to be having. Looking at the fatal error you shared it mentions a different plugin. The folder name shows
plugins/woo-stripe-payment/while our Stripe plugin would beplugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe.I don’t see our extension mentioned in the error at all, but to confirm you have two different Stripe plugins for WooCommerce on the site? Maybe you’ve had
woo-stripe-paymentactive previously and are looking to use our Stripe plugin now? Then when activating ours the above fatal error started happening? If so, I’d likely recommend deactivating the other Stripe plugin and just using one on the site.
Hopefully that helps! If we need to dig in further could you respond here with your system status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Cart and checkout page not displayingThat almost sounds like caching to some degree, logged in vs logged out. Do you happen to have caching on your site and could disable that to verify and confirm for us?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Cart and checkout page not displayingHi @homayoonn,
Thanks for contacting us about some blocks issues. At the moment I can see your cart and checkout pages in the cart flows plugin. It’s not clear though that this is using the new cart & checkout blocks from our WooCommerce Blocks plugin.
Is this correct when looking at the current cart & checkout pages?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Request for payFast gateway integrationHi @chen47,
Thanks for the additional info, I wasn’t aware we’d added support for these blocks to our PayFast plugin.
I see from a thread on the PayFast plugin itself we’d asked if you could create a ticket for us to work further on the issues you’re seeing. Had you done that already too?
We’d be glad to find that ticket and help work on the issues that way. 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Request for payFast gateway integrationHi @chen47,
Thanks for the question regarding the new cart and checkout blocks and how they work with payment methods like PayFast.
I would say that once these blocks are a part of WooCommerce core and become the default way to create those pages, all payment methods will follow suit.
There are current ways for payment methods to integrate with these blocks, but until those methods are locked in place you likely won’t see wide adoption. All that to say is that with some time and patience it’ll be possible. In the meantime, you can certainly add this as an idea on our ideas board. –> http://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce
I hope this helps so far, let us know if you’ve got further questions. Thanks!
Hi @mobber79,
Glad to see you found those filters. Those were added specifically in 5.8.0 / 5.8.1 to help alleviate the issues mentioned here.
So the GitHub issue was closed and this thread marked resolved as you have the choice to use those filters to remove files you don’t want to load on every page.
I hope this helps so far, let us know if you’ve got further questions. Thanks!
Hi @leslieannetd,
If one of the plugins is deactivated, the post update and publish works.
That’s good to know. Have you already opened a ticket with us regarding these two plugins not playing well together? If not here is the link to do so. I’d pick One Page Checkout as the product in this form.

Please do let us know when you submit this ticket or if you already have. I’ll go check for it and try to troubleshoot myself as well.
Hi @otrebor,
I’m not able to find the webhook that should be in Account details. I can only see the red message and, as I understood, the webhook should be there, isn’t it?
Darn, sorry that didn’t work for you. I would go ahead and open a ticket so we can dig in further, that’d be great.
Hi
Thanks for the details and screenshot of what you’re seeing. Are you able to select the 3 vertical dots and select Edit account keys or even disconnect if that were an option.
Selecting Edit account keys would normally show you the publishable, secret keys, and your webhook secret as shown below. Have you already tried that and just don’t see this webhook secret field?
Also, if you are needing the URL to to finish setting up your webshook it’d look like mine below but using your own URL.
https://core.local/?wc-api=wc_stripe
I’m not sure if either of those help the both of you. If not would you be able to submit a ticket to us and mention this thread. It might be that we need a temporary admin account on your site, which is best handled through a private ticket instead of this public forum 🙂

Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Version 1.7.0 update crashes my siteHi @fjkuypers,
Redo yr homework/testing before releasing some crap. I expect some better work fm Google……
I understand needing to do conflict testing is frustrating, but it’s an important part of our process to figure out what is causing these issues for your site. It’s not something we’re able to replicate in our own testing on our own test sites or other live sites.
That’s why we recommend staging, the WP Staging plugin is great for this, as a way to test a copy of your live site in the same hosting environment with the exact plugins etc… as your live site.
That way there’s no worry of disrupting the live site until we know what’s causing the update to crash your site.
