    Hi @erlend1990,

Am I seeing things correctly? It seems be to working for me, letting me select local pickup for a location in Oslo.

    Hi there,

Could we have you try a few things for us? Could you ask your host to update your PHP version to 7.0 or newer? This will be good to do in general, but may not solve the issue of saving Customizer changes.

Second up, can you deactivate all plugins outside of WooCommerce and see if you can disable or change the Store Notice? If it works then, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if you can find the culprit.

Finally, if the issue still exists it could be a permissions issue. Which again you could ask your host about. There was a decent thread on a few things related to that here.

    Hi @alessandra11d,

Just to double check you do have the appropriate emails for your customers enabled? This means there would be a purple check mark next to the Email name column.

Most commonly an order comes into your site as pending, but it may depend on the payment gateways you have available and their setup. Double check that those are set and enabled correctly first.

From there also try installing a plugin like Email Log that will create a log every time an email is triggered. With that activated place a test order and check the log to see if the emails show up there as sent.

Let us know what you find!

    Hi @dnacannon,

I think there are a couple of things to check on and do here. First regarding the fatal error.

Fatal Error: Out of memory (allocated 91488256)(tried to allocated 534739 bytes) in: home1/shizadmin/public_html/wp-includes/class.wp-scripts.php on line 413

Ask your host to increase your memory limit to a minimum of 128MB, or even better to 256MB.

For the display issue with just one product, double check that your theme is running the latest version available. It is odd that it shows just one product and doesn’t load any others. There could be template overrides or other compatibility updates that are available in a newer version.

    Hi Ryan,

Excellent name, first off. Following up on the email issue, it’s a silly question but is the Processing order email enabled? A purple check mark on the left of the Email column would mean it is enabled.

I just want to double check!

From there could you install a plugin like Email Log and then place a test order to see if your site (Woo) is really attempting to send out the email. If it does show up in the log then we can go from there. 🙂

    Hi @arloze,

Would you be able to share a few screenshots of that message? Also could you send us your system status?

I’m not certain if this is a server 503 Service Unavailable error message or something else, so seeing it in the same context as you will be helpful.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Thanks!

    Hi @innovnate,

That does seem to first say your server ran out of memory to finish the update. Would you be able to first try increasing that? If you’re not familiar with doing that reach out to your host to get that increased. It should be at minimum 128MB, but 256MB is even better. 🙂

    Hi @erichboileau,

Do you mind sharing your URL and your system status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Hi Frank,

I do see what you are talking about here. Have you tried using the Live Preview feature on a theme like Twenty Seventeen and viewing that same product? Does a similar issue exist there?

In the current theme, I see there is a slider in use for your product images. There is one 404 JS error that could be causing issues, but I’m not convinced 100% it would be the reason why the product page doesn’t adapt when you view a landscape image.

    Hi @odedta,

I used your above link and tried to recreate the display issue, but wasn’t able to get the same results. See my video here.

    Hi there,

If you don’t need any of those scripts, then that function seems like it would do the trick.

    Hi Terry,

I’m glad the dimensions issue is at bay for now. WooCommerce 3.2 is a little bit old, but if you’ve not updated to WordPress 5.0 then WooCommerce will continue to work ok. There’s not a rush then to update WooCommerce just yet.

I assume when you updated to the latest version of WooCommerce your theme and maybe other extensions also needed updates to work with the latest version of WooCommerce.

Nonetheless, I think the Orphaned Content filter could be coming from the Yoast plugin. Are you using that on your site by chance?

    Hi @dkarin,

There is definitely some missing assets here. The icons use an icon font called FontAwesome and that does appear to be missing from the site.

    Hi there,

I see in the WordPress StackExchange that there looks to be a pretty decent answer. If I can be honest as well, the functionality you’ve built does go a bit over my head. But what Greg said does make sense and hopefully you have things working.

What is happening is that in the second test some content is already sent to browser and WooCommerce is unable to set a cart cookie.

It just seems you weren’t getting a cart cookie, thus a customers cart would be empty even though everything else went as to plan.

    Hi @beamkiller,

All of us helping out here in the forums will be from all around the world, so it’ll be hard to let Jay through and then let me through and then maybe the next person. 🙂

Nonetheless, could you post your system status here? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in the chat.

I also set this up on a bare bones site using Storefront and didn’t see the same issue, as far as I understand. It’s likely a theme conflict, but could also be a plugin or something else on the server.

If you wanted to go ahead and try, install a theme like Storefront or TwentySeventeen and use the live preview feature under Appearances to see if another theme has the same issue.
