I’m sorry, we can’t guarantee full compatibility WP-Invoice with any plugin. I can just suggest you to not use incompatible plugins, or add idea to make them compatible to our Feedback site, we implement most rated ideas.

Did you select that page on Invoice/Settings/Business Process page, created invoice and followed its link?
Thank you for pointing, we’ll try to add that function in one of next releases. I’ll update WP-Invoice/Settings/Payment Tutorial. Now you simply need to copy IPN from WP-Invoice/Settings/Payment page and paste to PayPal profile page.
Please, try еще systematically disable other plugins, change theme to investigate what could cause that issue.

Please make sure that you’ve set Instant Payment Notification (IPN) for your site in your PayPal account.
We’re using WP-Invoice on our site. That’s why I’m sure that it works fine. We’re selling our products using PayPal too.
I can’t be sure, what settings are not correct, I can only guess, because I don’t see your sitting. And I’m afraid if I give you one more guess, you won’t be satisfied, because that setting can be right too.
But I’ll venture. Please, check that you’ve set PayPal IPN URL from Invoice/Settings/Payment page correctly.
The best way is to create premium request on our support forum, because we need credentials to investigate your issue more.
I believe, many of them can do that. E.g. you might need to a approve transactions.
Please, try to systematically disable other plugins to make sure that they didn’t cause that issue.

I think, better is to change your child theme, not plugin, because you can lose all your customization after plugin update.
