You can set that attribute as formatted numeric and currency on Properties/Settings/Developer tab and set separator, currency symbols on Properties/Settings?display tab.
Please, try systematical disabling other pluins, changing theme to WordPress default(TwentyTen, TwentyEleven). Please detail your issue on our support forum if that doesn’t help.
That is new WordPress functionality. You can use up and down arrows to select needed email.
