You can try adding attribute with slug post_title to Properties/Settings/Developer tab, make it searchable and set dropdown for Search Input.
I believe, that issue was solved on our support forum.
We’ve fixed that issue. Please, wait for next release. You can add new attribute Property Type to Properties/Settings/Developer tab, save and rename it, slug should be still property_type.

Please, make sure, that you’re using WP-Property 1.36.3 if you’re using WordPress 3.5.
We’ll make WP-Property compatible to Responsive theme in WP-Property 2.0. Thank you for pointing.
You can vote for that idea on our Feedback site. We implement most rated ideas.
Please, try to systematically disable other plugins, reinstall WP-Property if that doesn’t help.

Please, check addresses for these properties, that properties have have existing property types, that are set as ‘Location matters’ and ‘Searchable’ on Properties/Settings/Developer tab.

We’re finishing WP-Property 1.36.3 version, which I believe, will fix that issue. Please, wait a little.Yes, you’re right. WP-Property doesn’t have such feature yet. You can vote for that on our Feedback site.
You can set Search Input for that attribute as dropdown on Properties/Settings/Developer tab, you’ll see all used values for that attribute in dropdown.
