    And what EXACTLY in my PayPal settings will I be looking for.. It would be very helpful if you could tell me what it is I am supposed to be changing/checking..

    I believe, many of them can do that. E.g. you might need to a approve transactions.

    Please don’t take this the wrong way, but you are NOT giving me CLEAR answers to my question.. In fact you are not giving me any answers at all and it’s quite frustrating..

    This plugin is BROKEN!!! It DOES NOT update my invoices to mark them paid or partially paid.. I have it installed on THREE sites, and they all behave the SAME WAY!!!

    To be clear:
    I DO NOT HAVE PAYMENTS PENDING APPROVAL IN PAYPAL!!!.

    I am notified of payments received by PayPal and the funds are READY for me to spend/transfer. So APPROVING payments within PayPal is NOT the issue..

    Also my e-commerce program has a similar feature whereby orders paid via PayPal are marked paid in my e-comm plugin. There is NO ISSUE with my e-comm plugin updating my PayPal paid orders.

    On the other hand, invoices I send out using this plugin which are paid via PayPal are NOT being automatically updated as paid. I have to manually enter the payments for my invoices.

    Now if someone could PLEASE tell me WHY that would be FABULOUS!!

    We’re using WP-Invoice on our site. That’s why I’m sure that it works fine. We’re selling our products using PayPal too.

    I can’t be sure, what settings are not correct, I can only guess, because I don’t see your sitting. And I’m afraid if I give you one more guess, you won’t be satisfied, because that setting can be right too.

    But I’ll venture. Please, check that you’ve set PayPal IPN URL from Invoice/Settings/Payment page correctly.

    The best way is to create premium request on our support forum, because we need credentials to investigate your issue more.

    Thank you!! Now this is something specific I can go investigate.. If this is not the answer, then yes I will look into premium support..

    Sorry to be a bit of a PITA on this, but if you had given me BOTH suggestions to begin with, then it would have been very helpful. 🙂 Your initial response was kinda cryptic..

    Will checkout the PayPal IPN URL.. I suspect that is indeed the issue..
