I’d like to inform you that there’s no need to use custom CSS to increase or make your mega menu full width, this can be done directly from the menu settings. I’ve reviewed your reference page and the screenshot you shared. I’d like to inform you that the issue can be resolved by decreasing the heading line-height specifically for mobile devices. Please check this video for clarification: https://d.pr/v/yto9V1. After adjusting the line-height for mobile and publishing the update, the issue should be resolved.

This issue often occurs due to low PHP memory settings. Please ensure the following configurations:
- PHP time limit = 300
- PHP memory limit = 512MIf you’re unsure how to update these, your hosting provider can help. You can check your current settings under: Tools > Site Health > Info > Server (video). If you’re using a caching plugin, please clear the cache from both your website and browser. Additionally, update your permalink settings (Guide) and regenerate CSS & sync the library (Guide).
You can also roll back the plugin version using the WP Rollback plugin. Here’s a video guide to help you with the process: How to Rollback Plugin Version. Hopefully, this information will be helpful to you!

I hope you’re doing well, and I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. After inspecting the page and pagination, I’d like to inform you that the pagination is coming from the Elementor Pro plugin, not from ElementsKit. However, it should still be compatible with the ElementsKit plugin. Please ensure that you’re using the latest versions of your theme and all related plugins. Based on the issue you’re experiencing, I recommend performing a conflict test to help identify the exact cause of the problem (please take a backup of your website before doing the below steps).
- Please clear all caches, including plugin, browser, server, and CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). If you’re using a cache/optimization plugin, try disabling it temporarily.
- Switch to a default theme like Hello Elementor to check if the issue is theme-related. If the problem persists, deactivate all plugins except ElementsKit and Elementor, then reactivate them one by one to identify conflicts.
- Additionally, update your permalink settings (Guide) and regenerate CSS & sync the library (Guide).
