Thanks for reaching out to us.I have inspected your website. Below I am including a few CSS codes to remove the hover shadow effect. Just copy & paste to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

I would like to inform you that at the moment, our system only supports using an email address in the “from” field, without an option to include a sender’s name. We appreciate your feedback and have duly noted your request to add this as a new feature. Please rest assured that we are committed to enhancing our plugin by incorporating additional functionalities in response to our customers’ requirements.
To add a feature request please navigate to the plugin main page then go to the Details section then USEFUL LINKS. There you will find the Request a Feature link.

In my development environment, MetForm is working fine. The issue you are having can happen due to caches or third-party theme/plugin conflict. Will you please check by clearing the caches completely from your site and browser? You can run a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue.
- To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
- If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementor and MetForm to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
- Also, change the permalink and then check whether the plugin is working or not. Watch this video to see how to change permalinks.
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

I understand your concern & would like to inform you that the Onepage Scroll module’s other features are available on the Pro version of the ElementsKit plugin. You have to purchase the ElementsKit Pro plugin for those features. Hopefully, you are clear on this topic.

I hope this message finds you well & am understand your concern. I would like to inform you that sometimes this kind of issue occurs for third-party theme/plugin conflict. You could run a conflict test.
For the conflict test – please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementor and MetForm to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Also, if you using any custom codes please disable that & check whether the issue persists or not.

I visited your website and see you are not using MetForm here(screenshot). However, This issue can happen due to caches. If you are using any caching plugin on your site, then please clear the caches from your site and browser as well. if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check.

We are not clear about the problem you are talking about. I guess you are facing issues with ElementsKit notices. You will be glad to know that there is an option in the ElementsKit plugin to disable these notices. I am sharing a video – https://d.pr/v/rfs0sh on how to disable ElementsKit Notices.
We haven’t found any thread from you regarding this issue in this support forum. Please be informed that none of the Threads created by the users goes unnoticed. We always try to resolve the issues of the users by giving them higher priority. But, what disappoints us a bit is without contacting us, you’ve rated us!
