I would like to inform you that currently, the admin can view submitted data from the dashboard. Just you have to enable the store entry option. Check this video for clarification.
None of the Threads created by the users goes unnoticed. We always try to resolve the issues of the users by giving them higher priority. But, what disappoints us a bit is without contacting us about the issue, you’ve rated us one star! A one-star review can directly affect the reputation. I hope you can understand.

I’d like to bring to your attention that upon installing WooCommerce, default pages such as Shop, Cart, Checkout, etc., are automatically generated. With ShopEngine, you have the capability to incorporate templates for these pages. Consequently, it’s necessary to add these pages to the menu. I want to emphasize that ShopEngine doesn’t provide individual pages; rather, it supplies customizable templates tailored for enhancing default WooCommerce pages such as Shop, Cart, Checkout, and others. Additionally, you have the option to incorporate templates for the Cart, Checkout, Single Product Page, and various other elements. Hopefully, you are clear on this topic.

I’ve reviewed your website and noticed that the header displays correctly in Arabic(screenshot – https://prnt.sc/cewVjCRnTexs). If you’re using a caching plugin on your backend, kindly clear the caches both on your site and in your browser. If feasible, consider disabling the plugin for a while and then rechecking for your backend issue. This should hopefully resolve your issue.
