I understand your concern, and I want to clarify that there is no code in the Variation Swatch module that would trigger an “authentication required” message. First, I recommend rechecking your “.htaccess” file. If you have added any custom code there, please remove it and see if the issue persists. If the problem continues, I suggest conducting a conflict test on your site to identify the root cause of the issue.
- Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
- Then, please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WooCommerce, ShopEngine, and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

I’d like to inform you that after activating MetForm, it will redirect you to the onboarding steps. In one of these steps, we suggest upgrading to the pro version with onboarding discounts. However, you can skip all the steps by clicking the “Next” button. Please watch this video for clarification: https://d.pr/v/bFfC14. Also, you can hide MetForm notices, and fix related messages from MetForm get help option(video – https://d.pr/v/w0Y8L6).Please note that like other free plugins with Pro versions, MetForm also displays upgrade notices. You can dismiss these notices to prevent them from appearing again, as frequent reminders might cause hesitation. Since you’re experiencing an issue, I recommend clearing the cache on your site and browser. If the problem persists or if you have different goals you’d like to achieve, please create a support thread to provide more details about the issue or your specific objectives. Sharing a video demonstrating the issue would be helpful for us to assist you effectively.

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for sharing the video. First and foremost, I want to assure you that we are committed to helping our users, but we ask for your patience and cooperation. Please ensure that you are using PHP version 7.4 or higher. Additionally, there may be a conflict in your environment causing the issue. To identify the root cause, you can run a conflict test on your site (please remember to take a backup of your website before proceeding with the following steps).
To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for EmailKit to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

Additionally, if you have any caching plugins enabled on your site, kindly clear the caches from your site and browser.
