RejuDear @developeresfera,
I hope you’re doing well, and thank you for sharing all the information and for your cooperation.
After inspecting your reference post page, I can confirm that the “Load More” pagination button is appearing and functioning correctly with the ElementsKit Nav Menu. Please check this video for clarification: https://d.pr/v/qSV6V1. As I mentioned from the beginning, the “Load More” pagination has always worked correctly on our end when using ElementsKit.
I’m glad to see that it’s now working fine on your end as well. Please note, in order to fix any issue, we need to be able to reproduce it first. Since this issue was not with the plugin itself but specific to your environment, we couldn’t reproduce it from our side. Without access to the backend, investigating solely from the frontend is quite limited, which is why we requested detailed information from you. Rest assured, we treated the issue as a high priority from the very beginning.
Now that the issue has been resolved, we would sincerely appreciate it if you could consider updating your rating to 5 stars, as a 1-star review can significantly impact our reputation. Please know that we’re always here to assist you with any issues you may face, and your concerns will always be treated with high priority. Your patience and cooperation truly mean a lot to us!
Looking forward to your response.

RejuDear @developeresfera,
I have already mentioned that in our development environment, everything is working smoothly. Please check this video for clarification: https://d.pr/v/xEYBls. It seems the issue is occurring specifically on your end. Unfortunately, we have not received any support ticket from you on our forum, which is necessary for a faster investigation of Pro feature issues, as the Archive template is available only in the Elementor Pro version.
Additionally, please share your system information, here’s a video showing how to do that: https://d.pr/v/0ANKbc. Also, kindly provide a video demonstrating how you set up the archive template, which widget you used, and any customizations made to the post widget. This will help us investigate the issue more thoroughly and take the necessary steps to resolve it. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your response.

RejuDear @ankit0312 ,
I hope this message finds you well, and I understand your concern. Could you please activate the ElementsKit plugin and disable the ElementsKit Nav Menu widget (screenshot: https://d.pr/i/CNOXmb)? If you are using any caching plugins on your site, please clear both your site and browser caches, and if possible, keep the caching plugin disabled for some time. Then check if the issue still persists.
If the problem remains, kindly share your website URL along with a video showing how you’ve set up the archive template and which widget you’ve used. This will help us better understand the issue and provide a quicker solution. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
RejuDear @developeresfera,
We’re sorry to hear that you’re still facing the issue. As mentioned earlier, you have the Pro version of both the ElementsKit and Elementor plugins activated, which could be contributing to the problem. However, according to WordPress.org policy, we’re unable to discuss Pro features or related issues here.
That’s why we kindly request you to create a support ticket on our website by following the instructions in this video: https://d.pr/v/F1m57p. Once we receive your ticket, our support team will thoroughly inspect the issue and assist you in finding a solution as soon as possible.
Please follow the instructions for a quicker resolution. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your response.

RejuDear @sophiebennett ,

RejuDear @developeresfera,
I hope you’re doing well, and thank you for sharing the video. After reviewing it, I was able to identify the issue on your site. However, in our development environment, the Load More pagination is working correctly with the ElementsKit Nav Menu widget — please check this video for clarification: https://d.pr/v/xEYBls.
Based on the issue you’re experiencing, I recommend performing a conflict test to identify the root cause. Sometimes other plugins or themes can interfere with ShopEngine’s functionality.(please take a backup of your website before doing the below steps).
- Clear all caches, including plugin, browser, server, and CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). If you’re using a cache/optimization plugin, try disabling it temporarily.
- Switch to a default theme like Hello Elementor (not a child theme) to check if the issue is theme-related. If the problem persists, deactivate all plugins except ElementsKit and Elementor, then reactivate them one by one to identify conflicts.
- Additionally, update your permalink settings (Guide) and regenerate CSS & sync the library (Guide).
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists, I noticed that you are using the Pro version of our plugin on your website. As per WordPress.org policy, we are unable to discuss Pro-related issues here. Therefore, we kindly request you to create a support ticket through our official website (how to create ticket on wpmet – https://d.pr/v/F1m57p). Looking forward to your response.

RejuDear @developeresfera,
Thanks for reaching out to us & extremely sorry for the inconvenience.
I’ve inspected the reference page URL you shared and noticed that you’re using the ElementsKit Nav Menu widget. The posts are still being displayed on the page, which suggests the widget itself isn’t causing any major issue. For better clarity, I’ve recorded a video explaining what I observed — please check it out here: https://d.pr/v/nCtLZm.
To help us understand your situation more accurately, please share a short video showing what you’re trying to achieve and the issue you’re experiencing. This will allow us to assist you more effectively. Meanwhile, I’ve tested it in my development environment and confirmed that Elementor loading, pagination, and all other features are working as expected. Don’t worry, everything should work fine on your site too. We just need a clear explanation to move forward. Your patience and cooperation are truly appreciated!
Looking forward to your response and we are always here to assist you.

I have checked your reference screenshot, but unfortunately, it’s not displaying anything. Also, I don’t see the post grid widget on the homepage. In our development environment, Elementor post pagination is working fine with the ElementsKit plugin. I have tested it using both Archive templates and regular pages. Could you please share a video showing how you set up the pagination? Also, share the archive or page URL where the pagination is not appearing. This will help us inspect the issue clearly and provide a proper solution as soon as possible. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your response.

RejuDear @sydneymeyer11,
I hope this message finds you well. Apologies for the delayed response — we were on Eid vacation. I’m also glad to hear you found a solution to the previous issue.
I have inspected your website and noticed you’re using a 3rd-party plugin widget. Could you please share a video showing which widget you’re using and mention any customizations you’ve made? If you’ve added custom CSS or other changes, please include those too. This will help me understand the issue clearly and find a solution asap. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your response.

RejuDear @sophiebennett,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I’ve inspected your form and found that the issue is occurring because the form has been moved to the Trash, but it’s still being displayed on the frontend. Please restore and activate the form to resolve this. Check this video for clarification: https://d.pr/v/wy1Fzm. After following the instructions in the video, I hope your issue will be resolved.
Let us know if the issue is solved. If not, I’ll have a quick look and provide you with a solution ASAP.
Kind Regards,
Reju
