First of all, I’m unable to view the screenshot you shared. Please note that email notifications don’t rely solely on MetForm settings, your server also needs to be properly configured to send emails. Below are a few suggestions to help ensure this feature works smoothly:
- SMTP configuration: This is the most important part. You should make sure that the SMTP configuration in your site is working. You can use this plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ ) to test the configuration. This will help to solve your problem. You can test your SMTP configuration by sending a test email with the plugin. If the mail is sent then the SMTP is configured properly, if not then you need to set up the SMTP.
- Invalid Email: This could also be caused by adding an invalid email account in the Notification settings. Please make sure the email address/es you have added is/are valid.
- Store Entries Option: Please keep the Store Entries option enabled. We recommend keeping that option always enabled because this function is required for “Confirmation”, “Notification” and other functionalities to work. Please see the screenshot ( https://d.pr/i/ELI9s6 ) to be clear about where to find it.
- Cache: Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (e.g. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.

In our development environment, the ShopEngine single product template is working fine. First, please make sure you’re using the latest version of your theme and all related plugins. Based on the issue you’re experiencing, I recommend performing a conflict test to identify the root cause. Sometimes other plugins or themes can interfere with ShopEngine’s functionality.(please take a backup of your website before doing the below steps).
- Clear all caches, including plugin, browser, server, and CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). If you’re using a cache/optimization plugin, try disabling it temporarily.
- Switch to a default theme like Hello Elementor to check if the issue is theme-related. If the problem persists, deactivate all plugins except ShopEngine, WooCommerce, and Elementor, then reactivate them one by one to identify conflicts.
- Additionally, update your permalink settings (Guide) and regenerate CSS & sync the library (Guide).
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

I understand your concern and would like to clarify that when the country code +33 (for France) is used, you should not add a leading zero before the phone number. This is a standard formatting rule for French numbers — the leading “0” is only used when dialing within France, not when using the international format. So, for example, instead of writing +33 06 12 34 56 78, the correct format would be +33 6 12 34 56 78.
Currently, there isn’t any option to add “0” in this format. You can request it as a feature so our dev team can prioritize it accordingly. Please visit the Feature page and click the Roadmap & Feature Request button from USEFUL LINKS section & submit the form. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
