Hi Guys, so from community support feedbacks I understand previous users having connected once and disconnected could not connect again.
In the latest version we added a code for scheduled deletion API call for members doing disconnect, this change was recognised to stay below with discord rate limit AP’s

Regarding the multiple calls of API’ we are aware of it, Since we stich the soolution with the parent plugin we are waiting for updates that help detecting multiple calls,
Yes few calls are redudant because we rely on Parent API to provide as update.
We will be working on newer version soon, but for now run API a day for each member could be the work around.
We performed some tests at our end and still unable to re-produce the issue you are raising,
We have wait other community plugin user to raise similar issues and steps to reproduce.
on another note we are working on newer version of plugin, but dont have any planned release date.

- Do you have a discord log screenshot and can you confirm the bot associated with Addon doing the role removals?
- There is NO CRONJOB, we listen for events happening in the parent plugin and then do perform actions in Discord for those events.
- There is NO session created/added.
- The RUNAPI button action code check for active and other status of member membership level, it is different from event based near instant role updates.
Other users who encounters issue was using subscriptions that was removing memberships when their payments failed and their “Allow non-members settings were set to NO.”
To debug your setup may need developer who should be looking in your WP setup with DB debugging.

hey @panostz plase set allow non members to “Yes” and then let wait for issue to happen again, I think recurring payment failure is removing members.

We had done tests, the auto-disconnect bug seems not to re-produce at our end, the theme looks fine no issue,
Could you please share full screenshot of Role-mappings tab?
- It is possible “Allow non-member is set to no”, and for susbcription payments the PMPro plugin may removing memberships that could trigger disconnect,
- Try keeping “Allow non-member to YES”
Also how many members you have discord server?
