in your situation I would like to suggest following
- Update pmpro and discord plugin
- decativate and recactivate discord plugin
- Remove bot fromm server or create new bot
- do follow the setup video fully
Thanks for sharing, Role inside Discord protects privacy and creates virtual spaces in the same server, so teacher role users will see a #channel with teacher role added to the channel, and the same is true for students’ dedicated channels.
If this method does workaround for you then the FREE version can handle this setup.

Yes you are correct the default plugin does not support diffrent server.We have no plan to add this in free version. You can contact any developer of your choice for this automation.

Hi @gary, the your request is not possible with this addon, but need custom development, please check discord API.
Hey @spyoptions I believe you are using feature “Login with discord”,
that means no need of password and setting up account by filling up many fields, that decrease conversion.
The user will be logged and able to make purchases with discord account connected,
They have 2 options to reset password:
– The user profile – (First they will be login automatically if they choose login with discord. )
– Forgot password option at your website.
I suggest to edit the “New User registration” email template and include instructions added above.multiple levels are not supported out of box,
you need to find some work around with a dev
also do rename plugin so updates do not destroy your efforrts

i disabled the frontend monitoring for now and editing working now.
but this is temporary work around.
I tried adding some debug info to check for tokens but my changes do not reflect on files, looks like strong cache is in place, which I dont see in admin to disable, so hosting need to disable it.

We tried login to hosting for FTP details, but since it has 2FA and timezone difference, we need to sync.

Hi Rima, I did a test on your staging server it came our working fine I will do test on on discord server joining from free membership.
