Hey @nxtproject
Thanks for insightful details,
Our plugin does depend on API hooks of PMPro, as soon we receive a kick signal we act on that.
I suggest to get in touch with PMPro in this regard.Manual Workaround:
- If you have fewer members then you stop auto-kicking members from Role Mappings tabs,
Allow non-members: Yes. - Then manually review members who expired and did not renew, and kick them from discord manually.

Hey @panostz We need time to produce the env.
thanks, we will have a look and try to reproduce the case you want us to look.
please help us with anything related to events that related to your case.
If the mapping is not working then I believe you need to FLUSH ROLE MAPPINGS and then remap roles.
@panostz Thanks fpr staying on top of me.
We need exact events at your membership setup where the members lose their roles, in our current testing rounds we found no such occurrences.
I suggest updating following settings:
Under Advanced settings tab of plugin
Set Set job queue concurrency : 1
set Set job queue batch size : 1
Wait for few users event like new connection, payment failed, expire, and cancel to happen and then verify their roles.
I suggest running “RUN API” once for all users to put them all on same page.
Hey @panostz Thanks for wrting to us.
We never received such request, I asked for hosting and theme name, please enable log in to your installation and so share with us if you see anything suspected in debug.log
Note: Kindly do not share any sensitive information here on forum.
Hey @panostz Thanks for writing to us, to understand the issue we need the following information:
- What hosting your website is using?
- What WP theme your website is using?
This is first time we are seeing this particular issue with our plugin.
Interested case, but unfortunately it is not supported natively in this plugin.
Currently not, according to wp.org policies I should not talk pro version here.
But I would like to understand use-cases for multiple servers.
hey, sorry but your request does fall outisde from standard flow of signup.
The plugin does not natively support this.
Though, if you setup a FREE meembership level and map a role to it this should work as an work around.
Hey, currently the plugin do support only one server to connect.
This is a custom request and i suggest looking for a developer.
excellent,
Hey @panostz Sorry for staying silent.
The issue keep happening with you?
Could you please let us know what addon you are using along with PMPro.
Also how many members you do have in your server?
The role management depens upon site traffic as well.
since plugin use action scheduler library for polling pending members the role management depends upon site traffic.
you can ask your hosting to schedule pull wp-cron.php every 5 minute for better management
