I saw that happening a lot when I was navigating through “My account” ( https://durmancapital.com/membership-account/) try few times to “edit profile” “change membership” “update profile” go to home then again to “my account” etc . You dont need to actually do any of those just go back and forth. at some point it will log you out.
( Again like my other open ticket, it looks like it is loosing connection with discord. If there is a cookie that has this info/connection I can have a look too from my side to see if something like cache is deleting it or whatsoever )

We performed some tests at our end and still unable to re-produce the issue you are raising,
We have wait other community plugin user to raise similar issues and steps to reproduce.
on another note we are working on newer version of plugin, but dont have any planned release date.
