In reply to: [BadgeOS] Award for a blog post possible?Ahh cool.
A bit of doco is always good for code newbies such as myself.
For what I’m after, I’m guessing the hook would be more like publish_post however I don’t understand the reference to my-plugin in your example above.
Great there’s this functionality already coded up though. Way cool

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Downloads are pending after paymentOK, I’m reasonably certain the conflicting plugin that caused all these ‘pending-???’ statuses has long gone however the duplicate statuses remain.
How can I remove the extraneous ones and ensure the right pending status is in place and functional?
Please, any help would be great as my business partner wants to start an advertising campaign shortly and this is an obvious sticking point.

In reply to: [AtContent — Grow Audience & Blog Traffic] Why I would not use this plugin!Yet another useless point release a few seconds ago.
No way ill touch your plugin if these are your ethics.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [BadgeOS] Any shortcodes for display of available badges?Yeah I know.
The failure of the shortcode, the failure on obeying the awarding limit and the failure of seeing the BuddyPress Achievement tab (and awarded badges) have been driving me crazy these last few days and preventing me from actively advertising the site’s badging system.Really looking forward to getting those things nailed to get this baby rocking.

In reply to: [AtContent — Grow Audience & Blog Traffic] Why I would not use this plugin!Yeah I’ve noticed the same thing with this plugin. I recollect seeing updates multiple times in the same few hours and thought ‘if they have that many issues, I’m not going touch this plugin’. Now I see they’re doing unethical stuff which is more a reason to steer clear.

In reply to: [Author Box Plugin With Different Description] hide in a post too? This is really becoming an issue and especially since the author seems to have given up on this plugin.
Even being able to place a ‘none’ in the custom field to exclude it displaying would be nice.
Update really required … please
Hmm, I see the canonical URLs are still showing the base URL.
Have you seen this to still be the case?

In reply to: [BadgeOS] Any shortcodes for display of available badges?Sample badge at http://www.geekandjock.com/badges/new-members-rock if that’s helpful – note my Admin is listed twice as a recipient.

In reply to: [BadgeOS] Any shortcodes for display of available badges?Yes it does.

In reply to: [BadgeOS] Any shortcodes for display of available badges?Yes, I’ve got published and awarded badges.
I’ve changed the shortcode to just it’s base shortcode, with the same result. Similar error message except the award type is missing which should default to something like ‘achievements’ or similar.Thoughts?

In reply to: [BadgeOS] This is getting ridiculous – repeat awards!Again, I have an Award for just making 1 comment that is issued only once. Getting multiple Cred.ly emails for the same award.
Please fix this obvious bug – users will avoid using the site if all they’re going to get is Cred.ly Spam
Wow, this is looking really great.
I just tried it on my localhost and noticed when clicking into a Topic of a Forum in a Group (BuddyPress 1.7.2), I get this:<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1"><title><br /> <b>Fatal error</b>: Call to undefined function bp_get_the_topic_title() in <b>/Users/MartinC/Sites/gaj/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/frontend/class-frontend.php</b> on line <b>397</b><br />thoughts?

In reply to: [BadgeOS Community Add-on] Display Points/Badges on User Profile@onydchic do you actually get the badges displaying under the Achievement tab?
The whole awarding process seems a little haphazard and fails sometimes and success in others.I see the tab for some users and not with others who, in the Activity stream, are awarded BUT no badges are ever displayed under the tab (if it is displayed at all).
Same for the shortcode listing all Badges. I simply says ‘no badges’. Very weird.

In reply to: [Comments Evolved for WordPress] disable for a CPT possible?Yeah, all these Addams can certainly be problematic sometimes 🙂
I beta test the CommentLuv plugin as well and am waiting on Andy Bailey to get back to me shortly in disabling CL from the Review pages as well 🙂
Oh, WooCommerce 🙂Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Comments Evolved for WordPress] disable for a CPT possible?Well, I had to deactivate the plugin unfortunately.
My partner wants to run some product advertising and we discovered that not only did the plugin bork the reviews, it also prevented the tab switching to function properly.Need to review things once the advertising cycle completes and/or test any changes via localhost settings.
