NeoReader for ios

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Ticket as a single productHi Berta, Since Opentickets was designed to sell tickets using the calender -you may be able to use the Woocommerce Shop page to display your tickets for the display you are seeking – or you can also use Opentickets Display Options however not sure it will provide you display layout you are looking for. If the options provided was not helpful please feel free to open a support ticket from your Opentickets My Account page.

I went ahead and tested this scenario and the Venue Notes worked just as it should. So with that being said have you tried any of the following:
1. Check to see if there is an old version of this Venue with those notes in it that may be just sitting in your Venue Page Trash? If so, you want to delete it.
2. The Venue Notes are not connected to anything other than the Venue page so it should not be picking notes from some other post. Have you tried clearing your browser cache?Chris let us know if any of the following was able to assist in resolving this issue and if not we will investigate further.

Hello, Please know that a new Opentickets Community Update has been released and this should not clear up any issues with the reserved ticket timer.

Have you tired going to the Admin Tab Opentickets > System Status > Tools Tab
Then use the “Update Start and End Times to Timezone
as well as
“Attempt Repair of Start and End times”I created a video to assist with this further.

For the seats that are reserved within orders that needs to be released back into the seating chart you can do the following:
On the Admin Dashboard – Click Opentickets > System Status > Advanced Tools
You can use this tool as an emergency backup to release the reserved tickets back into the seating chart.
You can also try using the Tools Tab as well and click the Force Resync Tool. Please make sure to clear your browser cache afterwards. Let us know if you any further questions and if these solutions were able to provided a temporary fix until we have a new release with the neccessary solutions. Thank You.
