In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Event areas: seating charts “include”Marco,
You could make a page with the individual links to the child pages. This would be sort of a landing page. You could make this any style you want, but make sure to link the Day and Time to the individual pages.
Our Display Options plugin would be handy to automate this, but you can do this manually by creating links on a landing page. Also our Opentickets Calendar page that comes with Community also can make this easier, since the Calendar automatically links to Child Events. Thanks Marco and let us know if you have any further questions.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Calendar formatting on mobileHi John,
The display issue is related to theme and at this time Opentickets does support 3rd party themes and/or plugins. However you may be able to try the Dates Tab in the Opentickets Settings and see if this assist with the date and time display issues. Thanks John.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Entered Event Times Change When SavedHi John,
You can try using the Date Tab in the Opentickets setting to adjust your date and time. At this time we do have a script or edit script that removes the date and time from the tickets. I created a video to further explain this – https://www.screencast.com/t/PnGBKCvV.
Thanks John and let us know if you have further questions on this issue.
Hi John,
We were not 100% sure of your question however I can say that we do not have a Note Field located within the Advance Reporting section of Opentickets. What would the notes be used for and in what context. I created a video further explaining the info I provided here – https://www.useloom.com/share/5739757fd3fa45048bc3e0c7fd56a106. Please let us know if we can further assist. Thanks John

At this time Opentickets is not compatible with WPML however we are considering this in the future with another release. We use individual dot PO translation files.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Delete orderHello,
The best practice for deleting an order is as follows:
1. Place the order on Hold.
2. Remove Ticket from the order
3. Then deleted order
4. Empty the Trash with the deleted order
5. Lastly clear your browser cacheThe ticket should be released however if you deleted it from the order and doing this should elimate the need to use the Advance Tools. However once the ticket is removed/deleted from the order it will not show up in the Advance Tools. If the order was deleted with the tickets still attached then you will still be able to locate the ticket to release it within the Advance Tools Tab.
Hope this was help.
