    Hello!

    When trying to check in the QR Code, the plugin informs an error message instead of validating the ticket: “” we could not find those reservations. could not check them in. ”

    What should I do to fix this error?

    Any answers to my question?

    I still have the QR Validation error … I would like to use the plugin, but with this error, it does not make sense to use it.

    Hello, Not sure why you are having this issue however does your QR Reader supports URL’s? If not the following are two commonly used QR Readers that are compatible and should work –

    NeoReader for ios
    QR Reader for Android

    Hi one other possibility. Are you logged in to your WordPress site (with Box Office Permission or Above) on the browser that your QR reader is using?

    That’s a prerequisite to be able to scan. Perhaps that’s the issue?
