In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Unable to view ticketsHello and Good Day. I created a video to assist with identifying where your completed order email is located within your WooCommerce Settings > Emails –
https://www.screencast.com/t/vypfor25I also created a video on the order side view of the ticket: https://www.screencast.com/t/EqZfRxEKsj
Please let us know if the videos was able to assist in resolving this issue for you and if not, for us to really understand what is causing your issue we may need to do further investigation and advise that you create a support ticket on your Opentickets My Account page.
Hello and Good Day,
I created a video that should assist in clearing this up for you. It may just be that you are missing a step or 2 when it comes to your Event Set-Up – https://www.useloom.com/share/d050e7203c71498a84857c3c9c48338d

Hello,
It appears that there is some confusion. Ticket products are not meant to be placed in the WooCommerce Shop. As it is intended, Ticket Products do not have any meaning in an of themselves, so they cannot be purchased in the ‘Shop’.
This is because a ticket only has meaning when associated with an Event. For example, if you have a ‘Adult Ticket $10’ ticket, what Event would you be buying it for?
If you have an Event for Friday and Saturday, you choose what tickets are available for that Event using Pricing Structures.
The only thing you would put on the Shop is an Event, and we do have a paid Display Options plugin which allows you to do so.
Regarding the Calendar, you simple make a page called something like ‘Calendar’ and then choose the Event Calendar Template.
All these instructions are in the documentation and also you can find examples on the Videos tab on our website at https://opentickets.com/videos/
We hope this helps explain.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] How to read a QR codeHi there, Any QR code reader that supports URL’s should work. However, we know that the following two QR readers have been proven to work well:
-NeoReader for ios
-QR Reader for Android
Also know that you need to be logged into your site. Make sure to test out your scenarios so you can further understand the process before placing your Event live. Thank you and let us know if you any further questions.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Check in Fail – QR CodeHi one other possibility. Are you logged in to your WordPress site (with Box Office Permission or Above) on the browser that your QR reader is using?
That’s a prerequisite to be able to scan. Perhaps that’s the issue?
If not, then please (not on this forum) create an account for us using communitysupport@opentickets.com as the email. We’ll take a look and see if we can help.
