Video Background does not have a parallax feature; so this would be a theme related issue. As a result, we can’t provide much support.
However, after taking a closer look at your website, it looks like using the container

You are correct, this is NOT a pro feature. However, you’ll have to create the button, text, etc yourself. Then once you have all of that, wrap it in a <div> with a class, and set that class as the container 🙂 As an example:
<div class="vidbg-test-container"> <h2>Header Text in Video Background</h2> <p>Description text in video background.</p> <div><a href="#" class="button">Button Text</a></div> <div>In the case above, you would specify within Video Background the container of “.vidbg-test-container”. Additionally, you’ll have to spruce up the look of this block of code using CSS of course.

This means that a jQuery script is being called before jQuery. It does not necessarily mean it it Video Background, but it could be.
I am unable to determine since the URL you provided is local.

Could you possibly try using links to direct .mp4 and .webm files? I don’t believe those current links will work since they redirect to an actual webpage instead of a video.

I’ve pulled your video into my dev environment and determined that the video background works fine on the newest version of WP. Additionally, I downloaded the videos and used them locally, as well as used direct links and both worked fine.
It could be possible that a third party plugin or theme is causing issues. If you’ve installed a new plugin or theme recently, please try deactivating them to see if the are the cause of conflict.

The issue is most certainly stemming from the videos, since their file sizes are over 100mb. Please refer to the FAQs; we recommend videos no larger than 15mb.
Some browsers will not even load the video background if the file is that large. Please try using smaller size video files to see if that fixes the issue.

In this case, your best bet is to disable plugins one by one to determine which one is causing a conflict.
