Thank you so much for looking into this. It’s clear you really care for this plugin. I’ve also never had something I’ve been talking to a plugin author about be included in an update…I feel super cool now! 😛
Sadly, I still cant get this guy working! I’m running akismet in CF7. I tried removing akismet for the name field…nothing. I tried adding mc4wp to the name field as well as having it in the checkbox…nothing. I removed the <p> as housekeeping, and the “Subscribe to our newsletter” – just to simplify the form whilst I figure this out.
The only other thing I can think of is that I use this plugin wpMandrill to handle site mail. I have no idea if that would change anything or not?
Also, is there anything in the mailchimp settings for the list I should have altered? As far as I know, it is totally standard.
I see there is a premium plugin too now. I don’t need any of the features at the moment, but you deserve the upgrade for the dedication you have shown to the plugin! 🙂
Once again, any help greatly appreciated! I’d love to have this plugin having all my Mailchimp stuff!

Could you tell me if the ability to split full name is available for the comments subscribe feature or when your plugin is added to a Contact Form 7?
My understanding is that this feature is only for forms made by your plugin. Is that correct?

In reply to: [Subscribe To Comments Reloaded] Reply to comments via emailThat’s a great idea. Your comment about the expense could maybe partially be tackled with Mandrill. It’s free at lower volumes and I believe it processes both outgoing and incoming mail.

Thank you very much for your responses! Sorry about the super delayed reply, I had a bunch of things come up and haven’t have time to work on my site, so didn’t properly test zebrawebdesigns’ suggestion until today.
It works, and the two columns stack neatly on top of one another on mobile!! The only issue I encountered is that when the contact form is viewed as one column on a mobile, the bottom box of the left column and the top box of the right column are stuck together with no padding between them. I solved this by adding a “margin-bottom” padding to the bottom box of the left column in the @media screen CSS. This works perfectly and looks great! zebrawebdesigns – thank you SO much for the suggestion, I really really appreciate your help! Again, v sorry for the late reply!

AniaI’d like to throw a vote in for a means of stopping the apple touch icon lockout fun and games.
I test the responsiveness of a few sites and as I have a dynamic IP, pretty much daily lock myself out of a site.The solution that immediately comes to mind would be (like the IP 404 Whitlist) to have a 404 error whitelist so we could list all the junk apple (now android too?) portable devices search for.
They aren’t security related 404’s and as there is no real solution round them. It kinda leave the two choices as: Disable/slacken 404 detection (less security) or, live with it (More visitors locked out) Neither is great.
This is all to the best of my knowledge, I stand corrected regularly… 🙂

In reply to: [Pricing Table] Cannot delete a packageJust a follow-up. I called a package “anything!” (note the !) on a hunch. Seems that for me, the presence of a “!” makes my test packages un-deletable.

Same issue here. Just adding my name to the list. Blank install on 3.5.1 with only BWPS latest version (3.4.9)
Just as a follow-up to this. It appears that the Hide Backend Options changes I made earlier today no longer function. Going to the renamed login page gives a “page not found” whilst good’ol wp-admin is functional.
I have Bulletproof Security, WP Super Cache and Yoast all enabled. Could any of these be correcting the earlier renames performed by BWPS?

I installed a fresh install of 3.5.1 and Yoast 1.3.4.4 and got the same error after activating the plug. 🙁

In reply to: New to WordPress – 2 questions relating to Galleries and LightboxThank you for the advice, I can contact Pexeto and ask them. So does this sound like a theme-related issue? Since my WP knowledge is quite limited, I thought my issue was related to my lack of understanding of WP rather than theme functionality. My reasoning is that I thought [Gallery], Media Library and Titles are all core features of WP, and therefore thought it a bit unfair to ask the developer for general WP help. Cheers!
