Awesome thanks! I see your sticky about joining you over at WCVendors. Account created, see you there for more quick questions and the Pro Version! π
This is my current situation with iThemes Security too. I’m afraid I can’t be of help, but adding my voice and subscribing to this post!
Good luck!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Issue with "Application Email/URL" fieldHi Mike!
Thank you for the reply! Yes, I think a clearer error message that tells the person to add the “http://” would definitely be helpful to the non-tech savvy job poster. Is there any chance that in future updates, the plugin will be able to accept URLs without the http(s)? I ask because many of our site users are so technologically challenged that they already have difficulties with the most basic of things (e.g. logging in), and most will likely attempt “www.test.com” or “test.com” instead of the full URL.
Many thanks!
My guess would be because iThemes now has it’s own competitor to Infinite, Manage WP et al?

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Create Password Field – No Longer Used?Hey Mike,
Thanks once again. I might be going crazy but I have looked in every WooCommerce setting and Googled a bunch of terms pertaining to “WooCommerce Automatically generate customer password” but I cannot find any reference to this setting. Would you oblige me with a steer in the right direction to this?
On the plus side, I have figured out that a user can choose their password by buying a job listing pack THEN creating a job listing and choosing to use that pre-purchased pack. A small victory for me! π

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Create Password Field – No Longer Used?Hey Mike,
Sorry for the Delay. Hogmanay rush an all that.
Now that you mention it, I believe the password fields I’m looking for were indeed on the checkout page.
The setup I have is WP Job Manager along with your WC Paid Listings extension (with Woo Stripe extension).
Can you confirm if/how I can have the user set their own password using the checkout page password field (a la normal user account creation in WC)?
Once again, thanks for your efforts. Happy New Year!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Email job poster when listing about to expire?Hey Mike,
Thanks for the steer in the direction of doing this the function route. I will look into it for sure.
+1 for the add-on if it helps you estimate number of potential sales. I know I’d buy it.
Thanks again!
I’d love smaller batch processing to be available in Akismet. I’m dealing with a site right now that is hanging on “check for spam” due to the number of comments to go through. The issue is that some are legit.
It would be awesome if O could save some of the client’s real comments.
Thanks! Did the trick for me! π

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] CF7 email: not workingAwesome! I spotted this too and was mid way through seeing if it was something dumb I had done!
We have: [your-name] <[your-email]>
And can also confirm that the <> is making the email disappear.
Sorry I don’t know the solution @adaminspace1, but I can at least confirm you are not alone. π
Hey Danny,
Thanks for the code. Good point on the legality. I was planning on using double opt-in for this and the inclusion in the newsletter is well advertised on the page, but I will for sure double check now that you have mentioned this.
In a nutshell, I am trying to make a sort of “sign up for newsletter” form like you have included in the plugin, but using CF7 as the medium for this form.
It’s nothing sneaky I promise!Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Name not being sent to MailchimpYou are some guy Danny!
I’m going to get everything changed over just now to MC4WP. There is a 99% chance you have saved me an extra plugin now! Sorry CF7 Autoresponder.
Also, I mentioned in the first post that names from blog comments weren’t sending. They are now working too!
I’m off to the States for a couple of weeks, but I will get around to grabbing the pro version off you for all your help so far.
Thanks again, Danny! (Resolved!)

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Name not being sent to MailchimpHey Danny,
Thanks again for trying. The updated code you have as far as I can see is minus mc4wp at your-name and your-email. This is the way I had things before adding them to the CF7 just before uploading it here. Sadly another bust.
I just tried removing the “your-” from the name fields out of curiosity and sadly still nothing.
I also looked up the mail settings in Mailchimp and both First Name and Last Name are: *|FNAME|* or *|MERGE1|* and *|LNAME|* or *|MERGE2|* respectively.
By your explanation then I should be set up for MC4WP to change “your-name” to FNAME & LNAME and send them to Mailchimp.Sorry I can’t be of more assistance! Could using only watermarks for my form be confusing things?
Cheers!
