CF7 email: not working

    Contact Form 7 is working OK but users email address is deleted from message.
    if I remove the <> from email: <[your-email]>, then it appears in the received notification but (obviously) not as a useable link.

    It isn’t a big problem as I can copy and paste but it is a minor nuisance.

    Anyone any ideas?

    Awesome! I spotted this too and was mid way through seeing if it was something dumb I had done!

    We have: [your-name] <[your-email]>

    And can also confirm that the <> is making the email disappear.

    Sorry I don’t know the solution @adaminspace1, but I can at least confirm you are not alone. 🙂

    I don’t have a complete solution but Jonathan who fixed it for me, from ‘thedesignworks’ in Kendal, says

    “A function which changes the admin email address and name to ”81words.net ” was overriding the Contact form 7 from name and address.”

    This is beyond my abilities but maybe it will help you.
