In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] CSS Loading issueHi, @thefreecircassian.
I’m happy to help you here. Can you clarify what you mean by CSS loading issue? Is it breaking styles on your website? Is there a link where we can see the problem happening?
Also, please send along your System Info.Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here. That will give me some more context to be able to help.
Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Loading icon missingHi, @eggeno.
I tested the code you sent us and the loading icon still works. I recorded a quick video to show you it here https://somup.com/c0fOYM4puk.
Something I noticed on your site is that you are loading the form on a modal. This is likely what is causing the issue with the loading icon on your site. Putting myself in your shoes, I’d check for a compatibility issue with the plugin you are using for the modal.
Thanks for using GiveWP! Have a great day.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Loading icon missingHey, @eggeno.
If you used the code snippet we provided, the loading icon should still be there unless you added some styles to it which caused the icon to disappear.
But to further investigate it, I’ll need steps to replicate the same issue you are facing, otherwise, I’m relatively stuck. You can start it by sharing the code you are using with me so I’ll create a file on my theme’s folder, add your code and run some tests on my donation forms.
Can you share the code you used so we can run some tests?
Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!

Hi, @mgracedev.
Glad you reached out.
As much as we’d love to support you here, the PDF Receipts is a paid add-on and we are not allowed to support it on the WordPress.org Forums.
Instead, you can message us via Priority Support here, for paid clients: https://givewp.com/priority-support/.
Thanks for using GiveWP! Have a great day.
Hey, @heyeco.
Glad you reached out.
Because the Recurring Donations is a paid add-on, we are not allowed to support it here. Instead, please send us a message using your GiveWP.com account under https://givewp.com/priority-support/.
You said that you are using Redsys, correct? If Redsys need a monthly approval by the donor, then the developers of the payment gateway will need to implement this logic on the plugin they developed. That’s not something fixable on the GiveWP side, but on the payment gateway side, which was created by Redsys’ developers.
Please let us know if you have further questions or need additional assistance!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Form grid lost CSSHi, @shihtzurescue.
I saw you opened a new ticket for the same issue here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/issue-with-form-grid/. I’ll follow up with you there and close this ticket.

Hi, @jerwalkie.
Glad you reached out. I can help you fix the GiveWP plugin.
We tried real hard to replicate this issue you are facing but when we install GiveWP on a fresh install, it works properly. That error message is essentially saying that there are no gateways saved in your settings, and that is breaking things. Have you ever had GiveWP active before?
Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!
Hi, @ubbas.
We’ve investigated it and we found that you’ve uncovered an edge-case issue with our GiveWP plugin. What is happening is that some strings are not translatable right now.
I’ve escalated this to our development team so they can work on a fix. You can follow up on the progress of the fix here https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/string-translation-should-work-for-the-donor-dashboard.
I do not have a workaround for it right now.
While we work on a fix, feel free to message us if you have further questions or need any additional assistance!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Data CIF companyhi, @ubbas.
Glad you reached out. I can help you create custom fields.
The first option you have is to use some PHP code that allows you to create custom fields and place them where you prefer. We dig deeper into this and give a few examples here https://givewp.com/documentation/developers/how-to-create-custom-form-fields/.
On the other hand, we have a solution for people that are not familiar with code that is a premium add-on called Form Field Manager and it allows you to add custom fields too. Form Field Manager, or FFM for short, is a premium GiveWP Add-on that lets you add custom form fields to your GiveWP donation forms. Form fields include simple fields such as checkboxes, drop downs, radios, and more. The more complex form fields that you can add are file upload fields, and the powerful repeater field.
You can learn more about it here https://givewp.com/documentation/add-ons/form-field-manager/.
Please let us know if you have further questions or need additional assistance!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] GiveWP Form BlankHi, @jesseffacns.
Glad you reached out. I can help you fix your donation forms.
From what I saw, you are using a plain permalink structure. Can you switch it to post name, for example, and see if it works?
You can switch it under Settings > Permalinks > Post name.
if it doesn’t fix the issue, please send along your System Info.
Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.
That will give me some more context to be able to help.
Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!
