In reply to: Bad Image iconsI just checked via Firefox. I assume you mean your meta section. I have displayed two images, one for RSS 2.0 and one for RSS 2.0 with comments.
There isn’t a bad image placeholder

In reply to: See New Theme“”If this file was writable you could edit it.” “
You have to chmod the files you want to edit. Use your ftp client if you have one or if your host uses CPanel go into your file manager locate the correct files and change the permissions to 666

In reply to: Anyone Succeeding with 1.5.1?Zero problems here.
Upgrade took longer than advertised but that is due to being a slave to dialup so deleting old files and uploading new thakes longer.
Other than that, nothing untoward occured and none of the many plugins (a very long list) I have installed have any problems.
One disappointment – the theme “private, draft” function tease. I cani’t wait for it to be included as a feature.

In reply to: Click comment link when no comment. Trackback?“Think of it as a fancy, or efficient, way to comment.”
That may be true but there is a correct courteous way to do it. Any post you send a trackback to should provide a link to their post somewhere in your entry.
Example of your post:
Mutley, you snickering, floppy eared hound. When courage is needed, you’re never around. Those medals you wear on your moth-eaten chest should be there for bungling at which you are best. So, stop that pigeon, stop that pigeon, stop that pigeon, stop that pigeon, stop that pigeon, stop that pigeon, stop that pigeon. Howwww! Nab him, jab him, tab him, grab him, stop that pigeon now.
Also see “blog of the World” for a related post.End example
The bottom line can be whatever you desire. It can be a quote from the other blog or just like this example.
Then you would get the trackback URL from that post and place it in the correct location on your edit/write page in admin.

In reply to: Post IDs gone wild – how to fix the auto_incremented value? There probably is a query to run on the SQL database to correct the problem but I’m not experienced enough to advise on that issue.
Why don’t you change your permalink structure? Then you would have your entries using a url that contained the post title vice the id number?
That would aid in search engine discovery and eliminate the skipped id numbers.
