Are you using Download Manager or Download Monitor? We are only compatible with Download Monitor.

Please ensure that Download Monitor and Contact Form work on their own and double check your EBD shortcode, ensuring the IDs you are using are accurate.

Yes, that will be something to consult with DM. Also, yes, we are compatible with the newer version of Download Monitor. It should work with either version. Let us know if you run into any problems.

That phrase doesn’t seem to appear in our code anywhere. Where did you find it? Perhaps we can point you in the right direction to find out more about it.

The type of files available for download is determined by Download Monitor. According to their page, the new version (1.3.0) does work with both .mp3 and .wav. I can’t speak to the older version (3.x), but I would assume that it works as well.
Ultimately though, that is based on Download Monitor.

Sorry it took a few days to get back to you..
We tested your page and tried to duplicate the issue on our side. Initially we thought the the issue might be caused by the language characters but when we copied the labels from your site to our local test environment and we still didn’t have this issue.
Can you check if that specific Contact Form 7 that you use doesn’t have broken tags?

This would be a Contact Form setting. There is this link http://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/ that talks about it some more. It appears to be a necessary condition.
