We’ve now tested this on Firfox on a Mac and it worked for us. It was a newly installed version of Firefox, so perhaps you don’t have an updated version of Firefox. Because we can’t reproduce the error, its hard to say what the problem is

Those are WordPress email settings and are out side of our plugin. There are also a few plugins that you can use to further cutomise the email functions.

Assuming you are referring to the email that your visitors receive after filling out forms, that can be changed via the EBD settings page, specifically number 9.

When testing out the link you provided, we are able to see the link (it appears below the “thank you for submitting”). However, when we click on this link, we get a 404. This means that either the download ID included in the ebd shortcode is wrong, or there is just something wrong with the download.
Double check the download ID and the EBD short code. If those are correct, test out Download Monitor on its own to make sure it is configured properly.

The way out csv generation works, it only can see fields when they are left at the default name. If you have more fields to capture or their names have been changed, it puts them all in that XML format for parsing. Since you are getting everything in cone column, I’m going to assume that a field name has been changed. Unfortunately that is the way that the csv file will appear, though XML documents can be fairly easily parsed.
This is a feature we are looking to add in the near future however.

We understand the error you are having. In order to see what is going on on the site, we need to see if the warnings are generated, and there is no need to set up the debug level to display notices, which is the wordpress setting you are referring to.
Since there is no way for us to debug the application while it is on your server, we recommend using another option of the email before download for that specific file. It seems like it cannot be attached using php code from your server and that why this is breaking the code.
Again though, this is just an assumption because we can’t normally debug that type of error.Forum: Plugins

When it is saved the csv file has the following fields(columns):
item_id,email,download_id,filename,item_title,time_requested,posted_data,delivered_as
As we understand what you actually need is the “email” field. So you can just get it and ignore the rest.
