Hey @mailikukke ,
Thank you for reaching out. You can remove specific sub menu items from the Tutor LMS dashboard menu bar by using filters inside your theme’s
functions.phpfile.You’ll find the detailed steps here in our documentation: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developers/editing-tutor-dashboard/#removing-sub-menu-items
Let me know if you need further assistance with that.
Hey @mohamedltd ,
Sorry about the inconvenience. Our design team is already working on improving the learning experience, and this issue is being addressed as part of that update.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] test environmentHey @fitspoint1 ,
Yes, you can safely copy your WordPress site to a test or staging environment. Many hosting providers offer a built-in staging feature, or you can use a migration plugin such as Duplicator or All-in-One WP Migration to create a separate environment that mirrors your live site. This allows you to make adjustments and test changes without affecting your live courses or users.
Regarding the Tutor LMS license, it covers one production site. Using a staging or test site for development is generally allowed.
Best practices for safely making adjustments after launch:
- Use a staging environment for testing updates to Tutor LMS, themes, or other plugins.
- Take regular backups of your live site before performing updates.
- Test updates and new features on staging first to ensure they don’t break course functionality.
- Limit access to the staging environment to trusted users only.
You can refer to the official support for more guidance: Tutor LMS Support
This approach ensures you can safely develop and adjust your site without disrupting your students’ experience.
Thank you.
Hey @dreamliner340 ,
Thank you for reaching out. In the free version of Tutor LMS, the multi-instructor display on the course preview cannot be removed, as this is a feature available only in Tutor LMS Pro.
Thank you.
Hey @underbaked @agphy3 ,
All RTL-related issues have been addressed in the latest updates. Kindly update to the latest version and check again on your site.
Thank you.
Hey @underbaked @agphy3 ,
Thank you for reporting the issue. We found that it occurs only when the site language is set to Arabic.
As a temporary solution, please downgrade Tutor LMS to version 3.7.2 on your site. This should resolve the issue for now. In the meantime, our development team has been informed and will work on a fix in an update as soon as possible.
Hey @underbaked ,
Thank you for reaching out. Could you please share more details of the UI issues you encountered after updating to v3.7.3? Screenshots, a short screen recording, or even the URL of your site would help us check the issue directly and provide a faster resolution.
Thank you.
Hey @mhasanmeet ,
Locking a specific lesson for an individual student is not currently possible. However, there is a Content Drip feature available in the Pro version of Tutor LMS that offers similar functionality, such as unlocking lessons based on time or course progress. You can review the documentation here:
https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/addons/content-drip/Your feedback about per-student lesson locking has been noted for future consideration.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Course Front-end (SELL)Hey @maemedrano ,
The page link you have shared is of a WooCommerce product and not a course page. Please share a course page so we can better understand the issue. Additionally, we recommend installing a compatible theme like TutorStarter which will make your course pages look similar to our demo pages.
You can know more about it here: Compatible Themes
Hey @nick_luvy ,

Thank you.
Hey @muazwebdev ,
The “auto mark as complete” option is available for video-type lessons, but this functionality is included in the Pro version of Tutor LMS. For other lesson types, the button needs to be clicked manually.
You can learn more about it here : https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/settings/courses/#lesson
Thank you.
Hey @kerenmaclennan ,
The math challenge on the login page is generated by the Jetpack plugin, not Tutor LMS. Please reach out to Jetpack’s support team for assistance with this issue.
Thank you.
