In reply to: [WooCommerce] WOrstHi @smartprince, sorry to hear you are having issue getting support for our product. I do see one of our support personnel answered your question so will likely get back to you again soon.
At a quick glance through it seems the issue you experience might be related to your theme since it is overriding all of the WooCommerce templates. I would suggest you try and contact the author of the theme for support as well.
In the future, you are also welcome to contact our support directly at https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/
Hopefully, we can provide you the right answers to get this 1-star rating turned into a 5 star one soon.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] It is supposed to be simpleHi, sorry to hear about the frustrations you have with WooCommerce. While we do our best to ensure WooCommerce is compatible with just about any theme/plugin out there in most cases these issues sprout from the theme/plugin and not WooCommerce core.
Regarding PHP as long as you run an actively support PHP version you should be fine, you can contact your host to get you on one, WooCommerce is compatible and tested with PHP 5.6 and up to PHP 7.3.
Would also like to hear what issues you have been having with editing? Perhaps you can point me to some open support issues to take a look at?
Hopefully, we can change your mind in our product and get this one-star review to a five star one in the near future.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Not suitable for professional and b2b shopHi, sorry to hear you feel we do not provide enough features out of the box for free. I am curious to hear what you feel is missing from the free version and perhaps we can assist in a way?
Just a note on other eCommerce solutions, the free and even paid entry-level packages actually includes less functionality than the WooCommerce free version you download from WordPress.org.
We build niche or functionality not required by all shops into plugins as an affordable way for shops to get these features. If we were to bundle all functionality within WooComemrce core then the cost associated with that would be astronomical.
While we have quite a lot of extension available from the official marketplace, B2B is not one, however I am aware of one available on Codecanyon if that helps.
Again sorry to hear about your frustrations and hopefully we can change your mind again on our product.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Unable to Add New ProductsHi, sorry to hear you are having issues.
Blank pages are usually an indication of conflicts between plugins and themes. Can I suggest you disable all plugins except WooCommerce and then see if the pages load? If not then please also switch your theme temporarily to a default one like Twentyseventeen or Storefront and then test again.
Once that is done and the page load you can enable plugins one by one again testing in between to identify the offending plugin or alternatively if the issue is fixed after switching your theme then the issue lies with your theme.
Once you know what is causing the issue you can get in contact with the support team of the offending plugin/theme and have them look at what is causing the issue.
Please also be sure to let us know here what was the cause so we can perhaps assist.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] You can’t create a lot variable productsInstead of variations have you tried using product addons? Might be easier to set up for you if you have lots of combinations https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/
> because when you search in Google – just a lot of articles on the subject that import / export does not work, that it is just terrible if you have 4 options with different prices, then this is 81 created options.
Fair point, however, we have documentation on this, variations are a complex system yet when you fully understand how to set it up and maintain it is very powerfull and easy to use.
> the rest can not create any automatic import/export,
It can, you just need to couple it with a service that can consume webhooks. For example, set up a webhook when you change a product and have it post to a service like Zapier, then from there you can use the REST API on the other site to update the product on that side. You can also use normal import/export files you will just want edit the file a bit before importing it since by default it will try and match by ID which will obviously be different from site to site, to make this work you will have to use the sku instead.
> I’ve been in IT for 10 years and worked with different companies, if it weren’t for my clients who simply wanted to switch to Joomla, I would never advise using such a plugin.
Also to answer your original question, you can auto create variation by using the dropdown https://cld.wthms.co/w5mQQg That might be the option you are looking for to easily create the variations, instead of having to do it manually.
Being used to another platform there will always be some learning curve and figuring out how things work before you get used to it, since you are not familiar with WooCommerce I can understand that you find it dificult or frustrating because it does not work the same way as a platform you are used to.
> In support there are a lot of unclosed questions, everywhere the same performance problems and the fact that the design and code worked very little time
Yes, we understand there are a lot of unanswered question but also remember this is a free platform and it is not always possible for us to respond to every single one, yet we try our best. Also if you happen to own a premium extension you can contact support directly at WooCommmerce.com/support which will give you much quicker support and they will resolve issues for you by personally evaluating and looking at your site.
Regarding the performance, our latest release is the fastest version of WooCommerce yet, it boast speed improvements of up to 60% in some instances. We have found that most stores having performance issues are traced back to hosting setup or use of a badly written theme or extension not part of the official WooCommerce product line.
Regarding the quality being mediocre remark, sorry to hear you feel that way. I can assure you we have very competent and skilled developers working on the plugin and we follow strict coding guidelines and have all the tools and services in place to ensure our code quality it top.
If you own a premium WooCommerce extension from WooCommerce.com I would highly suggest you contact support there instead so they can give you a more personalised look at the issues you are experiencing and hopefully are able to change your view on our product.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Removed Product Management and All Products!Hi @julieanime sorry to hear you are having issues. I see you left a 1-star review, were you perhaps wanting to rather post a support question instead? If so then please feel free to post in the support forum and someone will try and help you there.
Hopefully, we can win your faith back and this into a 5-star review.
Hi @aic_technologies, sorry to hear about your bad experience using our new setup wizard, we have actually built it and are improving it based on feedback from customers.
The idea around it is to make it easier for a store owner to get up and running with their store based on options selected during the setup steps, we then present them with add-ons we think might be useful to them.
Regarding the Jetpack requirement for services, that is there because it ensures we can easily authenticate requests for users without them having to go through a tedious manual setup process, take taxes as an example if you have Jetpack installed and connected to your account we can simply start serving tax rates for you, however if you choose another option you will likely first have to go sign up for an account somewhere else, copy over API details, install an additional plugin and then enter those details in that plugin before it will work.
Hope you see where I am getting at with this? The setup wizard might not be for everyone and if that is your case then you have to option to skip it and continue setting up your store manually.
Hopefully, this gives you some better insight into why the setup wizard is there and promoting certain products.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Less disappointed and Happier now I’ve had time to work with itHi @irenelinda, sorry to hear about your bad experience with WooCommerce.
Have you tried posting your issue in the support forum to see what can be done?
Regarding the extension model, it makes more sense to have niche features broken into extensions that can be purchased separately. I hope you understand that we cannot just simply give away everything, how else are we to be able to keep on developing the product? It ensures the financial sustainability of the product, meaning it will not just disappear one day. Also most stores do not require the features if it gets bundled into an all in one solution making such a solution bulky and confusing with too many options.
Hope you understand and thanks for your feedback, we hope you can find faith in our product to turn this review into a 5-star one.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customers cannot buy products@bnightwolf Sorry to hear you are not getting things to work. Add to cart buttons only appear when there is a price attached to a product so that might be your issue.
Hope we can change your mind about WooCommerce and turn this into a 5-star rating. If you need support please post in the forums and someone will gladly assist from there.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] You can’t create a lot variable products@ut4utc Regarding the number of variations, there is no need to attach each attribute to a unique variation, that is what the “any” option is for. Only time you would want to create unique variations for each combination is when the price for each variation is different or unique, even then you would only create a variation for those with specific rules and the rest you cover under a single “any” variation.
The programmers of this plugin are very stupid
Really not nice of you to insult the people working on the plugin or anyone for that matter, I know you are frustrated but insulting the people that are trying to help you is not the way to go about this, doing that will just make them less likely to want to assist you.
support write – you can use another stupid plugin
Could you perhaps point me to where this was said as our support staff should not be saying this to a customer, and if they did I apologize and would like to find out where this was said and by whom so we can address it.
Hopefully, we can restore your faith in us and the product and help you achieve what you want to turn this 1-star rating into a 5-star one.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] LiteSpeed and WC 3.6.1OK thanks, my guess would be the update failed to complete successfully for some reason or the update was still in progress while you tested.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] database Updatings pending on Multisite with subdomainHi, they should eventually run and complete, if you however do not want to wait for it to fire on their own you can for them to run by using the force run option underneath each.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo 3.6.1 REST API for 3rd party pluginsHi Vitaly, not sure what you mean with us dictating the terms for using the REST API? The methods you link to are only for interacting with the WooCommerce API, since the WooCommerce API requires authenticated requests we need to add that.
You should still be able to access the normal WP API endpoints as per usual without using any WooCommerce API keys, I just tested this and it works like that for me.
