OK crisis averted…I rolled back to 2.86 and I’m back online. Since I’m not the only one with this problem I have to recommend against updating.

In reply to: Pages Not Showing up In IEAha – I was looking everywhere for this, but forgot rule #1 – VALIDATE the html! Thanks for your help kichu, Everything seems to be working now.
Edit – Actually I remember now why I removed the closing tags – They were being displayed because one of the previous tags isnt closed correctly.

In reply to: Pages Not Showing up In IEyes that’s it. What you’re seeing there are the sidebar links. If you view the same page in Firefox you’ll see a short blurb I wrote, also the sidebar is positioned correctly.

In reply to: Blank Static PageHi Mark,
I did a quick write up on how to create a page that uses your template to display headers and footers for a page on your blog, you can find it here:

In reply to: Trade Backlinks?Hi Hotel Audit-
No this is my 1st wordpress, and it’s the only one I have right now. I do have a page on my site that is dedicated to external links though – so the links there arent necessarily on topic.
Do you still want to trade links?

In reply to: image quality is horribleSorry to butt in again, as I’m no graphics guy by any stretch, but I do have one suggestion:
The 1st image on your site – 13-iii-09-st-ouen-i-s.jpg
is 451x341px and is just under 100KB. What kind of quality do expect with an image this resolution?I suggest you compare the original file’s properties to those of the online pic. I’m thinking you’re going to see a discrepancy there, which would indicate re-sizing is going on somewhere.

heh, good one. I’m such a wordpress noob, it’s not funny. Maybe someday I’ll actually be able to help someone else out, but that day is long off Im afraid.
I’m just ADD about checking back on my posts – and I like to see some type of ‘progress’. I can’t be the only one like this, can I?

In reply to: just a small personal blogPersonally, I didn’t like the text as background on the actual blog itself. Even though it’s faded, it still was a bit difficult for me to read.
