Do you still have emails in the queue? if so have they hit the max number off attempts? if you could take a few screenshots and send them to tester@sendpress.com that would be a big help.

We are working on a way to allow this but i am not sure when it will be released. We do have the option to try and include your theme styles if you go to SendPress > Settings > System Emails & Pages

We currently don’t have any other options. What do you think you need to be able to add the correct settings. I will talk with the other developer and see if we can come up with something to allow for quick customization.

What are you looking to track? the code is dynamically created when the email is sent to each person. If you are looking for something specific i may be able to point you in a direction.

Not sure if you have access to the error logs or not but it looks like you could be running out of Memory for php. Based on these two values.
PHP Memory Limit: 32 MByte
PHP Memory Used: 30.12 MByteYour hosting company should be able to up this for you. I can do some further testing but i have a feeling you hit the memory limit if it is already that close to the max. If you have have it adjust to 64M you should be fine.

Are you just sending via your website? it sounds like it may be a javascript error on the sending screen. What browser are you using when you hit the send button?

The categories being listed looks like a theme conflict. What theme are you using? if you go to SendPress > Settings > System Emails & Pages you can turn of the autoload theme styles and see if that fixes the issue. It should then load the built in sendpress page.
Also could you send an email to tester@sendpress.com.
