HI,
You could create a list and add the one user to it manually.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] HTML Form does not save a subscriberHI,
I will test this on our setup to see if we have the same problem.
As for getting follow up emails i am not sure what you are asking about. The double opt in is sent as soon as a user subscribers. Currently all other emails would have to be created on the emails tab and the sent to your list. We are working on autoresponders and post notifications but they are not out yet and will most likely be part of PRO.
Best,
JoshIt looks like we don’t have proper support for your theme. We are working on making the manage page a shortcode so you can put it on any page. I would recommend for now turning of the auto theme include. This will make the manage page look like this:
http://think2loud.com/sendpress/manage/
Probably not ideal but it will be functional. Hopefully the shortcode will be ready in the next major release in a few weeks.
Best,
JoshHi nicksbbq,
Could you provide a link to your site. I will take a look at the page and see if i can figure out what is going on.
Thanks,
JoshHi Pete,
Everything looked correct for me in gmail but i have a feeling it is the charset the emails are using. I am going to change them to utf-8 that should fix the issue. When do you plan to send out your next newsletter? i can send you a patched version if you would like to test it to make sure it fixes the problem.
Thanks,
JoshHI boybawang,
Could you send an email to josh@sendpress.com. I can take a look at it and see what is going on. Also what sending method are you using? and what email client?
Thanks,

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Opens/Clicks/UnsubscribesHi indywebdude,
their was a bug with the manage link in the emails and it was unsubscribing users when clicked. This was fixed in the release last night and should fix your issue i think.
The subscriber status is store in the {prefixe}sendpress_list_subscribers table. You should be able to find your list id and users with a status set to 3.
Best,
JoshHi PeggyDoo,
The double opt in title not changing is a bug and i have added it to our list. That should be fixed in the next release.
What text did you try to insert? we updated some of the encoding with the latest release and that may have fixed your problem. If you can give me some examples of what you added i will test them out.
Thanks,

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Turkish TranslationHI Kolmz,
Could you take a screenshot of what is in your queue and send it to tester@sendpress.com. Sounds like maybe their is a connection error some place. If you try and send a test email from the send account page does it send?
Thanks,
Josh
