Currently the manage screen allows users to subscriber/unsubscribe from any public list you have. We will see about adding an option to only show users lists they have subscribed to.

You could add your own styling for the shortcode but i think you may be better off using a custom form. If you got to the Subscribers Page you can then click the form link for the list you want to use. This will give you html you can copy and edit to display anyway you like.
Also we don’t yet have a way to style the default thank you page but you can pick a page on your site to redirect people to. This is also an option in the form settings.

I would recommend changing the encoding settings. They are under Settings > Sending Account the “Advanced Sending Options”. The old settings where
Charset = UTF-8
Encoding = quoted-printableThis will set the encoding back to what it was before the last few updates and should fix your issue.

Are you getting a 404 page? also what characters are you getting. You may need adjust the encoding settings on the Settings > Sending Account page. We added more option to support more languages. You might need to try a few
“quoted-printable” is the old setting.

Hi,
If sounds like you are having delivery issues with your hosting provider. Are you sending via y our website? you could try sending with Gmail that may fix your issue. Many hosting providers limit email sending and even block it.
