While we are not aware of anyone other than both of you having this issue, we would like to help. If you could provide the information Josh requested in the previous ticket perhaps we can figure something out. If you did already try providing that by emailing the address Josh provided, we have not seen it. You can also post that information in the forum as long as you remove your domain name.
