Thank you for those additional details. If you use Stripe, all sensitive information is handled by them. Even the credit card field is loaded directly from the Stripe servers. This means all sensitive information is always secured, and it is not stored anywhere on the form entry. Neither the form confirmation email nor the Google Sheets integration will contain any of this sensitive information.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hey @jbvarner
Thank you for reaching out today. To confirm, are you using Stripe or Authorize.net as your payment gateway? What CC information are you using in the email confirmation?
Hey @georgieg65
Yes, the blacklist feature is built-in in your WordPress Dashboard. You can find in WordPress Settings → Discussion page. Add values in the Disallowed Comment Keys box. You can read more about it here: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/add-spam-protection/

Can you share a screenshot of what you see on your end? Thanks.
Hey @sinapars
I’m glad the workaround worked. I understand this is not an ideal solution and is not a long-term solution. We appreciate the time and effort you put into sharing all these great insights with us. Our dev team has noted all the points you shared and will evaluate how to improve the import/export feature to make it faster and smoother.
Hey @sinapars
Thank you for being so patient. Our dev team has been working on this and has been able to optimize part of the CSV export process. They have shared a pre-release of the lite plugin that you can download here:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HF9jLhwp6SW8T-Ead0sXZ5IxfdZoLjR5/view?usp=sharing
After installing the pre-release version, you could use the following code snippet to optimize the export process:
add_filter(
'frm_csv_export_batch_size',
function() {
return 100;
}
);You can add this snippet to your functions file or using third party plugin like WP Code https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/
Our dev team shared:
“In their case, the “sweet spot” might not be 100, but another value. It’s worth experimenting with. I found that if I went lower or higher than 100 by a significant amount, it wouldn’t perform as well.”Let us know how it goes.
