Hey @sinapars
Thank you for reaching out about this. To get a better of idea of what is happening, could you turn n the debug log on your WordPress site as describe here: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/? Then, try to export the file again and when the error occurs, share the log with us. Thanks.
Our dev team has provided a code snippet that changes the URL of the reCAPTCHA to http://www.recaptcha.net.
add_filter(
'frm_recaptcha_js_url',
function ( $url ) {
$url = str_replace( 'www.google.com', 'www.recaptcha.net', $url );
return $url;
}
);For more information on how to add the code, please refer to our documentation at this link: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/formidable-hooks/#kb-where-to-put-the-code
Hey @hayko1987 I’m glad the first issue was resolved.
Can you share more details about the critical errors issue?
Thank @josssv
I’ve been trying to replicate the behavior on our test site, but so far no luck. I’m probably missing a setting somewhere. Could you share the link by creating a new ticket here https://formidableforms.com/new-topic/?
Hey @josssv
Thank you for reporting this. Before offering any workaround, we need to understand why it’s happening. I’m not familiar with the CookieYes platform, could you share more details about your current setup? Any particular plugin we require to test this on our end? The more details you can provide the better.
Thanks.
Hey @hayko1987
Thank you for reaching out about this.
As @vfontj mentioned, critical errors are related to PHP errors. There could be several reasons why the entries are not being saved, and the critical error is showing. I suggest the following:
1. Related to the form not storing the entries, double-check that the option to not store entries is not checked on the form’s settings:https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/general-form-settings/#kb-storing-entries.2. Regarding the critical error, I suggest reaching out to your hosting provider support team and asking them if they can enable the debug log on your website and share the error with you. In the meantime, you can also follow our troubleshooting steps here to find any conflict:https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/what-plugins-are-known-to-cause-conflicts/#kb-how-to-find-a-conflict.
Let em know how that goes.
Hey @anziosoftware
Thank you for reaching out about this today. The Default Email address is meant to set the default email where new forms email action will send the email as describe here: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/global-settings-overview/#kb-default-email
If you require to change the email you can set it on the from TO email action settings. https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/email-notifications/#kb-send-email-notifications-from-forms

Thank you for reaching out for this. We apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
I could not replicate the issue related to emojis on the Confirmation action editor. I was able to add the emojis and updat ethe actions. Please take a look at my screen recording here: https://share.cleanshot.com/L2lZF75d
Related to the field labels, yes you’ll need to use the shortcode:
[ x show=”field_label”]In your case, it could be like:
[13 show="field_label"]:[13]
[14 show="field_label"]:[14]
[16 show="field_label"]:[16]Where 13, 14 and 15 are the fields IDs.
Best,
Hey @hillacres19

Hey @hillacres19
Thank you for reaching out about this.
Have you notice any pattern or steps when a new submit button is added? To delete the additional buttons, please follow these steps:
1. Add an extra field above the submit buttons.
2. Hold the shift key while selecting that new field.
3. Continue holding the shift key and also select the extra submit button.
4. With the fields selected, you should see an option to delete below them.After deleting the additional submit buttonn, save your form and test it to ensure it’s working correctly.
Hey @tanja1974
I’m glad it worked. Yes, after the next release you can safely remove that CCS snippet.
Hey @tanja1974
Thank you for reaching out. We are aware of this styling issue which the development team will address in the next update for the plugin.In the interim, please add the following CSS within the Customize HTML section of the form as illustrated in the image linked below.
Here is the CSS Code you may add:
<style>
.with_frm_style .frm_checkbox label, .with_frm_style .frm_radio label{
display: block !important;
white-space: normal;
}
</style>Please let me know if there are any further questions I may answer for you.
