- Button in Popup A, or top right “X”, is clicked. – Yes
- Popup A closes – Yes
- Wait 24 hours – (Can you please explain this)

Thanks, yes, that is true currently we do not have the option to prevent popups from some specific pages; however, we have the option to show popups on specific pages instead of preventing them.
To achieve this, you can go to your popup and then scroll down to display the rules, select the display rules option available in the drop-down.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. To enable the license tab, you you to activate at least one premium extension on your website.
For your second issue, you can download the extensions again, please make sure you have a .zip file and the capability to upload it via the WP dashboard.

Can you please check if you have set the display rule for that specific page only?
You can go to Popup Builder > All popups> choose the desired popup and click on the edit (pencil) button. Scroll down to display rules and then check if any specific page is selected from there.
