Thank you for reaching out. Are you using an Image popup? If so, you can easily adjust the width and height by going to Popup > Edit, then scrolling down to the Dimension section and setting the desired dimensions for your popup.

I checked your landing page and noticed that there is a pop-up, but it doesn’t contain any video. Could you please confirm the type of pop-up you are using?
We have a dedicated extension for video pop-ups where you can upload a video or add a link from YouTube or Vimeo. You can find more details on the Video Extension Page.

Thank you for reaching out. It seems you are using the latest version of the plugin, and we’ve identified some issues with the subscribers list in this version. While we are working on an updated version, which is ready for release, you can try the beta version by contacting us through our dedicated support page. We’ll be happy to send it to you.
In the meantime, we recommend reverting to an older version of the plugin, preferably 4.3.2 or 4.2.7, to temporarily fix the issue. Rest assured, we are diligently working to release a fixed version soon.

The filters are dependent on the number of pages, you must have more than one page to see the filters for the front end user.
