We apologize for the delay in response. For this issue, i have discussed with the development team and here are the findings.
1 – Client is using “Jetpack” and “Jetback Boost” plugins to cache their site and concatenate js files (includes our plugin js files)2 – This concatenate js files is caused the conflict with loading jquery.min.js from Wodpress core. We need jquery.min file load before any our js file load from Popup Builder plugin. But Client site is not load like that.
Solution for now:
Solution 1: Please ask Client to disable the “Concatenate JS” feature for now.
Solution 2: Please ask Client to make sure “wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1“ is ALWAYS load at the first order before other js files or js scripts are load.
