In reply to: [WooCommerce] Backup Woocommerce Settings?Hi @toolsavvy,
Thanks for contacting WooCommerce! We are happy to help.
Is it possible to backup all setting under all tabs found at WP Back-end >> Wocoomerce >> Settings?
We don’t offer such functionality in WooCommerce directly. Looks like the plugin below can do the job though:

Hi @roshanighag,
Thanks for contacting WooCommerce! We are happy to help.
>I wanted to add new simple product which will display on new page with rest of the old products and also hide newly added product from shop page.
Please help me with this. You should create 2 categories of products on your site:
– Old Products category
– New Products CategoryNext, assign a product category to each product accordingly.
Once done, use product category shortcode that comes with WooCommerce to display old products on one page and new products on another page:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-6

The issue you are having seems to be caused by the
wpcomshplugin according to the error messages you sent. We won’t be able to help with it here. Please contact the developers of that plugin and ask them to take a look further.Hi @wp-balla,
we resolve thanks.
the Paypal technical service gave us the indication to solve the problem.
When testing with the sandbox, it is necessary to insert the automatic return on the site in the sandbox account, while we did it only in the live account.
Now it’s works.
Thanks a lot for your support. We are glad that the issue had been resolved and thank you for letting us know.
Have a great weekend!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Where Do I change a Products -Categories or Tags?Hi @max3322,
Sorry to hear about the trouble and happy to help!
I must be missing something simple, but in WooCommerce 3.5.3 to change a specific product’s category and tag, I can’t find it. All the documentation (from 2017) shows that the category and tag for the specific product are on the right side under the Publish button. On my WordPress 5.0.3 and WooCommerce 3.5.3 it isn’t in that location and I can’t find it anywhere in the product options.
Thanks for your help.It sounds like
Product CategoriesandProduct Tagsboxes are disabled on the product page on your site. You can enable them back by clicking on theScreen Optionssection in the top right corner of the product page as shown below:Let us know if you have any additional questions along the way.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Duplicate orders at the backendHi @honeyloudlr,
Thanks for contacting WooCommerce! We are happy to help.
We are getting duplicate orders at the backend.
– There’s only one transaction in PayPal
– Woocommerce only sent one email to the customer
– The customer has only paid for one of the orders
– One of the orders has notes against it, the other doesn’t
– The orders themselves are less than 5 minutes apartIt looks like there could be a theme or plugin conflict on your site.
You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the [Twenty Seventeen Theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/).
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce & WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway.
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. If it doesn’t resolve the issue, please let us know so that we can help you further.
Please note that switching to another theme will not delete data and you will be able to revert back to your original theme without any issue after testing is done. Your site will simply have a different display during the test.
Switching to a default theme and deactivating plugins is the first step in troubleshooting issues. That allows us to target the issue quickly.
If you don’t want to troubleshoot issues on the live site, you can create a staging site. If your hosting company doesn’t provide one, you can use a free plugin such as **WP Staging** to create one:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
Please let us know how it goes once you are done with testing.
Thanks and looking forward to your reply!

>We are having an issue with the credit card form on the checkout page. For a while now it will not show the fields for the credit card entry. If you refresh the page it works fine though.
Are you still having an issue? I checked your site and the credit card fields seem to be fine:
@kdetwieler, you didn’t provide the link to your site. WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree Payment Gateway requires SSL certificates to be installed. Can you please share your site URL to confirm?
Thank you and looking forward to a reply from both of you!
Hi @subairtc,
>Is this plugin support subscription with a free trial?
You should have no problems using this plugin with Subscriptions as long as you have Reference Transactions Enabled with PayPal. Check the documentation below for more details:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/faq/paypal-reference-transactions/
If Reference Transactions Enabled are enabled but the issue persists, please open a ticket with us via your WooCommerce account so that we could work on the issue with the developers of the Subscriptions plugin:
Hi @zanza321,
