    Our customers outside of the USA aren’t able to enter any credit card information when checking out. The field is disabled and they are forced to use our Paypal option to pay. Any ideas what could be going wrong?

    Is everything working properly, or are there still issues?

    If there are still issues, the first thing I would do is make sure you have both WooCommerce and the Braintree plugins updated to the latest versions.

    Then, go to your Braintree settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Braintree (Credit Card), then make sure you have the Show on checkout page setting selected for “Debug Mode”.

    Then, with that enabled, see if you can test the checkout page (from another country) and what message comes up for you. “Debug Mode” should output helpful information on the checkout page as to why the field is disabled for customers outside of the USA.
