What exactly is not working?
CSS files? CSS styles? Both?
Pages? Standard posts? Custom posts? All post types?
New CSS definitions? Or old ones from before the update to 2.0 (or 2.1)?I just checked the current version (2.1) of the plugin, and both the additional CSS files and the additional CSS styles are working fine (for pages, standard posts and custom posts).
Just give us a little more context and we’ll sort this out.

That being said, we are currently working on an update, which will include the feature you have asked for. 😉
The according option can then be set on the Write options page.Most probably, the update will be released within the next couple hours.

That being said, could you please explain what exactly is not working?
We just checked the plugin with some different sets of private and/or password-protected pages – and everything worked as expected.
In case your password-protected pages are included in the results of
get_pages(orwp_list_pages,wp_dropdown_pagesand the like): this is _correct_ behavior.
If you want to exclude password-protected pages, you have to specify this in the arguments of the function.In case you can see the content of a password-protected page: See Using Password Protection for more information.
…if multiple posts use the same password, the reader will only have to enter the password once to access every post…

I have the same “Page not found” problem now on 4 different pages using the plugin.

Problem still exists for me. Booking for recurring events only work, when you change the start date after each event has passed. If the start date for the recurring event is in the past, all booking for upcoming events become closed.

However, it would be nice if you could tell me which versio of wordpress you use and which plugins, so i can check the problem. As you are the first one reporting this i guess it has to be an incompatibility with another plugin.

Additional languages were added afterwards… Looking back, it would have been obviously more clever to use english by default 😉

sorry to come back to yout that late, i was busy…
As there is no italian translation, there may be some cases where the plugin falls back to its “original” language, which is german.
I would be happy if you could provide me with an italian translation so i can integrate your language?
