In reply to: [Storefront] Show all result doesn’t workHi there,
Thanks for getting in touch! The Storefront theme does have a search template – it’s called
search.phpand can be found in the root folder of the theme.I think it’s a good idea to have another chat with the developer of the plugin you are using, because it sounds like something is going sideways in the plugin itself. Storefront is working as expected, it’s probably their search query that’s not doing what it should.
Hi there!
I also replied to the ticket you sent to us, saying the following:
I suspect there is an incompatibility between the Subscriptions plugin you are using, and the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. The error references a method called
HF_Subscription::get_sign_up_fee(), which originates directly from the subscription plugin. Please contact the Webtoffee developers directly and request their insight into what may be causing this problem. You are more than welcome to get back in touch with us if they provide information that helps us resolve the problem further.
I will go ahead and set this thread to resolved – please feel free to follow up to the ticket you have with us if you have further questions!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Your store doesn’t have any product categoriesHi @neils12, can you please start your own thread as the problem you are having might be related to a different configuration.
Thank you!
Hi there!
Can you let us know which element on your site was responsible for the mobile caching? Was it a plugin, or a caching service through your hosting company?
@dryabov makes a good suggestion! Doing a conflict test is a good idea: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for woocommerce not connect facebookHi there!
The connection not remaining could be due to caching. Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
The best way to determine whether a caching plugin is the root cause of this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cannot Upload Category ImagesHi again!
That is indeed weird – your error messages might be suppressed by something else, hm. What kind of file extension do the images that don’t work have?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cannot Upload Category ImagesHey @sweettidings – can you please try using a different browser? It does sound like a conflict of some kind, but it may not be with one of your plugins or the active theme. Using a different browser will exclude browser specific widgets and code that may be interfering.
If this isn’t working either, can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing? You can use http://www.snipboard.io to upload the image, then copy the link and paste it here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Apple Pay: Payment Not CompletedHi again @andreu – I’ve had a search for the specific error you received, and it may indicate that the payment method/card selected in your Apple Wallet is outdated. Can you please make sure that the card is available to make payments in general?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Duplicate Pixel ID:xxxxxxxHi folks!
It sounds like you have reached a decent conclusion on this topic; it’s indeed a feature request that you can report to the GitHub instance for the plugin: https://github.com/facebookincubator/facebook-for-woocommerce
You may be interested in following along with this topic as well, as it may be relevant to what you are looking for: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2020
I’m going to set this topic to resolved, as it doesn’t require more input at this time. Thanks @techedge83 for your valuable input!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Product Page IssueHi @k3x8 !
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront

In reply to: [WooCommerce] disable add to cart for specific product variationsHi there!
This question seems specifically aimed at the use of the Request A Quote plugin you are using. In that case, contacting the developers of the plugin is the best way to get your question answered; they will know exactly how the plugin works!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue, not showing variations etcIn addition to what @seank123 has said: is the product type set to variable? It’s a good idea to go over the documentation on how to configure a variable product properly: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product
If you have done that and nothing has changed, then this kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo Subscriptions customizble by the customer?Hi James,
You can achieve this with the Self-Service Dashboard for WooCommerce Subscriptions extension. Customers can switch their subscriptions right from their My Account page.
If that doesn’t work for you, you’ll want to get in touch with a developer who can make a custom solution for you. We recommend: https://woocommerce.com/customizations
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!
